Field Coordinator Female – Hyderabad

Number of vacancies: 1 Responsibilities:      

Coordination with functional managers on sharing project related progress, bottle necks. Shall be responsible for successful implementation of program activities in their respective districts as per project work plan. Ensuring their smooth delivery of the project orientation session and progress review meeting. He/ She will be responsible for the submission of monthly and quarterly project narrative reports obtained from their respective districts and submit these reports to the PM and DC at National Centre Islamabad. Disseminate information related to the projects and its activities among SPO staff through email. Website and in progress review meetings. Serve as backup for coordination with Project Manager and District Coordinator both based at NC in the absence of District Coordinator based in Hyderabad.

Other Responsibilities:  Adhere to SPO policies and promote participatory culture and demonstrate SPO’s values.  Participate in the SPO programme planning and review meetings if needed.  Participate in professional development training as identified and approved by the Supervisor.  Carry out any other project relevant activities as assigned by the supervisor. Required Qualifications  A Master's degree in social sciences  3 years of relevant experience  Excellent presentation and writing skills  Can work under pressure and can do multi tasking  Ability to work in team of diversified co-workers
