1- Register on our website Log into your JBF Profile, look for our sale and CHECK THE CONSIGNOR BOX to get on the list. If you are already on the email list, click the edit
beside our sale to access the check box.
2- Sign-up to Consign and Drop-off Items for the Spring Sale Sign-up through Eventbrite. The consignor fee of $12 holds your spot and will taking out of your sales proceeds (there are no upfront costs). You will also be able to choose your drop-off time. Yes, you CAN log back into your account at eventbrite.com to change your drop-off time if needed up through drop-off. The consignor fee is nonrefundable, print or show this ticket on phone at drop-off.

Consignor Pick Up:
TUESDAY, April 4th | 4pm-7pm If you can’t make it, you can send someone in your place to get your things. Your clothes and unsold items will be sorted and ready for pickup, you will walk past tables to collect any stained/unaccepted/ recalled items that were pulled during the sale. Pickup takes just 5-10 minutes. *** Don’t be late as all items not claimed get donated to charity at 7:01!

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 29TH | 5p-9p THURSDAY, MARCH 30TH | 9a-5p
You will need to schedule your drop-off time in Eventbrite when you register to consign for the Sales Event (see pg 1). You will need your consignor number. TIP! Organize your clothing by size and toys by type of item (books, puzzles) to save time at drop-off! TIP! We allow 1 rolling rack per consignor at dropoff (subject to availability. Have more items? You can make multiple trips. TIP! Allow 30-90 minutes for drop off, actual time depends on how many items you bring. Children ARE allowed during drop-off, but know that it will be faster if you can find a way to come by yourself :) SECOND Dropoff: Saturday, April 1st, 6-8pm. No appointment needed. New tags can be entered up until second dropoff.
Details...Details...Details: What will I earn as a Consignor? All consignors earn 60% on their sales. Become a Valued Volunteer who helps out at least 4 hours and earn an extra 10%, making your total 70%! If you help 16 hours or more, you will make 75%! Your $12 consignor fee will be taken out of your sales proceeds and checks are mailed out within 2 weeks after pickup. Tagging: Access our tagging site through your JBF Profile, simply click the tagging icon and you’re in! There are tutorials on the tagging site too! Check our TAGGING GUIDE to see how to tag and our PRICING CHEAT LIST to price things like a pro. See our TAGGING GUN GUIDELINES if you will be using a tagging gun – they are a real time saver. You will LOVE our TALK-TO-TAG mobile phone feature! Just login to tagging site from you mobile device and talk those tags!! TIP! Tag the big ticket items first, like strollers, high chairs, exersaucers & outdoor equipment (more bang for your buck & they all sell FAST). TIP! When preparing clothes to tag, hang them by size first and if you can, make clothing sets for single pieces. Keep them divided by size and then sort by like item (for example all dresses size 4). Then tag all of the like items at one time as it really helps with your flow of pricing. Use the pricing cheat list and you will easily be able to different the low to higher end range, and your tagging will go quicker.
What can I Sell & Where to Gather Items? Print our What We Accept for Spring 2017. What did I sell? It’s easy to see your running sales total, our site uploads sales in REAL TIME! (Warning! This can become an obsession!) Select “Reports”, then “sold items” to check your sales. *Note: If any tags are manually entered, you won’t see those tags in your own sold list, but WE see them and you WILL get paid for them. Sales/Donation Report: At the end of the sale you can easily print a sales report or sort your list by donated items and print off this list for tax purposes. We’ll send a tax receipt with your check if you request one on the consignor waiver. Pulled Items/Returns: We expect you to bring items with ALL their pieces, stain free and working properly. We reserve the right to pull stained, unaccepted or overpriced items from the sales floor. Any pulled items would be out for you to collect at pickup. In the event a defective item or something missing crucial pieces is unknowingly sold to a customer, we as owners reserve the right to issue a return if we deem it appropriate and good business practice. If an item is sold and then returned, it will show up as “$0.00” for the sold price in your list and this item will be out on the “items pulled” table at pickup.
We LOVE our Valued Volunteers! To Register: 1. Check the Helping at the sale box in your JBF profile.
2. After you check the box, the scheduler will open to choose shift(s). 3. Earn 10% to 15% MORE on your sales! The more you help, the earlier you shop! As a VALUED VOLUNTEER when do I SHOP the Presales? See presale dates/times on page 2! Can someone else volunteer FOR me? YES, someone else can do the volunteer hours FOR you. Register yourself and send them in your place. How do I CHANGE a Shift: All shifts will show up in the “My Shifts” box in the lower left of your profile page. Click “Modify” then “edit”, or select “Delete” to cancel a shift. Online sign-ups will CLOSE the Sunday of sale week at 10pm. If you miss the cutoff to choose a shift online, you can select a shift in person when you come to dropoff. What if I can’t make my shift? It takes an army to pull off a JBF event and we’re counting on you! Online registration will be open through Sunday night before sale week at 10pm to make any changes without penalty. After that, there is a $20 fee for no shows on shifts that don’t have an emergency. If you have an emergency and you won’t be able to make your shift, call our JBF #: 615-707-7541 and let us know!
