SSL Gift Card Terms and Conditions 1. Alliance Payment Services Ltd. (ASPL) are the issuers and providers of the ePay card service and all users and holders of a SSL gift card will be bound to their “Cardholder Agreement”, located on the SSL website - www.sslinvest.com/sslgiftcard. 2. SSL gift cards and their use will be bound by any agreement signed between client and SSL, ASPL Cardholder Agreement and any other related governing laws of Jamaica. 3. SSL will not be liable for any loss, damage, misuse or theft resulting from these gift cards. In the event that the card has being compromised, it should be immediately reported to ASPL as according to ASPL Cardholder Agreement. 4. In the event that a card has been reported to ASPL as according to their Cardholder Agreement, SSL reserves to right to freeze the SSL account that the card is linked to and as a result, SSL shall not be held liable for any loss in the value of securities, profits, delay in trades, or incomplete trades. 5. SSL gift cards are only applicable to Jamaican currency (JMD) 6. All issues, concerns or queries surrounding the use or inability to use the card must be directed to ASPL as per their Cardholder Agreement. 7. SSL reserves the right, with sufficient notice, to terminate its SSL gift card service with its clients at any time. 8. This gift card is not a monetary bank instrument, such as a credit card and cannot be used as such. 9. This gift card is not refundable and cannot be resold 10. SSL gift card users must have an SSL account or open one. The card can only be linked to one SSL account number. 11. SSL gift cards can only be used at authorized ePay merchants including, Stocks and Securities Ltd (SSL) 12. The preloaded funds on this gift card, J$2,000, can only be used to redeem financial securities available at SSL’s head office, located at 33 ½ Hope Road, Kingston 10, Jamaica. 13. Any additional funds added by the cardholder can be used at SSL or at any other ePAY merchant (for a complete list of ePay merchants please refer to www.epayja.com). 14. Any securities purchased with this gift card must be held at SSL for no less than 6 months, wherein a request can be made by the client to sell and repurchase other securities within this time period if the initial securities purchased are no longer suitable. 15. In accordance with the SSL Client’s agreement, SSL does not guarantee any returns on any securities purchased with this gift card. 16. The preloaded funds on this gift card, J$2,000, will expire after 6 months or 180 days after it is issued. 17. The trade fee is waived on the purchase of US stocks using the J$2,000 that the card comes loaded with. All other trades will attract SSL's normal trade fee.
