The Divine Mercy The Chaplet below is prayed in front of the image. These were the instructions given to St Faustina by Our Lord. Using the rosary beads On the large bead ‘Eternal Father we offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of our Lord Jesus Christ in atonement for our sins and the sins of all the world’ On the ten small beads ‘For the sake of his sorrowful passion have mercy upon us and upon all the world’ At the end of each decade ‘Holy God, Holy mighty One , Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and all the world’ [repeat three times] Divine Mercy Prayer [Inspired by Father Tom Forrest] Pour down your Divine Mercy Lord on us sinners. Upon we who refuse to believe, upon we who have turned away from you, we who have the hardest of hearts, we who have the stubbornness of hearts, we who are the greatest of sinners and may be in the hour of our death. Pour down your Divine Mercy Lord on Holy Souls, cool their souls, sooth their suffering, relieve their pain, release them from the flames of purgatory, especially those souls who have no one to pray for them . May all souls be reconciled to your Father’s justice and enjoin with you in the glory and happiness 7 of His presence . Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, we place all our trust in you.
