Key messages

Event เรากลับมาดูแลหุ้น STEC อีกครั้งด้วยคาแนะนาซื้ อ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 33.20 บาท Impact Backlog ทำสถิติสูงสุ ดใหม่ ปั ญหาเสถียรภาพทางการเมืองฉุ ดให้ภาวะธุรกิ จเสื่ อมถอยติดต่อกันมาหลายปี และทาให้โครงการลงทุน ชะงักงันไป ซึ่ งส่ งผลให้มูลค่าการเซ็นสัญญางานก่อสร้ างใหม่ของ STEC ลดลงมาหลายปี แต่อย่างไรก็ ตาม ปัจจุบนั สภาวะเศรษฐกิจได้ปรับตัวดีข้ ึนมาก และมีโครงการลงทุนใหม่ๆ ทะลักเข้ามาในตลาด เห็น ได้จากยอดเซ็นสัญญางานก่อสร้างใหม่ๆ ของ STEC พุง่ สูงขึ้นอย่างมากและทะลุ 6 หมื่นล้านบาทแล้วใน 1H60 เทียบกับยอดเพียงแค่ 5.5 พันล้านบาทที่ STEC ทาได้ในปี 2559 และทาให้ backlog ของ STEC ทา สถิติสูงสุ ดเป็ นประวัติการณ์เกิน 1 แสนล้านบาท นอกจากนี้ ยังมีโครงการใหญ่ๆ เช่ นรถไฟทางคู่และ รถไฟฟ้ าอีกหลายสายที่เตรี ยมเปิ ดประมูลใน 2H60 ซึ่ งหากชนะประมูลโครงการเหล่ านี้ ก็จะยิ่งทาให้ backlog พุง่ สูงขึ้นอีก Backlog ที่มีเต็มมือเปิ ดโอกำสให้ STEC สำมำรถเลือกรับงำนที่มี margin สู งได้ Backlog ส่ วนใหญ่ของ STEC ในเดือนพฤษภาคมมาจากงานของภาคเอกชน ซึ่ งคิดเป็ น 54% ของพอร์ ต โครงการทั้งหมดของบริ ษทั ในขณะโครงการภาครั ฐคิ ดเป็ นสัดส่ วนแค่ 19% เท่านั้น แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม โครงการระบบขนส่ งมวลชนที่จะเปิ ดประมูลใหม่น่าจะทาให้ backlog มีสวัดส่ วนจากโครงการภาครัฐ เพิ่มขึ้น และหนุนแนวโน้มอัตรากาไรขั้นต้นของ STEC ให้สูงขึ้น ทั้งนี้ การที่ backlog ของ STEC ทาสถิติ สู งสุ ดใหม่แปลได้ว่าบริ ษทั ไม่จาเป็ นต้องเร่ งประมูลโครงการใหม่ หรื อแข่ งขันด้านราคาอย่างดุ เดื อน เพราะ backlog เท่าที่มีในมือก็เพียงพอที่จะสร้ างรายได้ให้บริ ษทั ไปอีกกว่าสามปี แล้ว ดังนั้น บริ ษทั จึ ง สามารถบริ หารอัตรากาไรได้หรื อเลือกประมูลเฉพาะงานที่มี margin สูงได้ พร้ อมแบบก้ำวกระโดด ถึงแม้ว่า BSR (joint venture ระหว่าง BTS Group (BTS.BK/BTS TB)*, Ratchaburi Electricity (RATCH.BK/RATCH TB)* และ STEC) จะชนะประมูลรถไฟฟ้ าสายสี สีชมพูและเหลื อง แต่ STEC ก็ อาจจะยังไม่ได้อานิ สงส์จากสองโครงการนี้ อย่างเต็มที่ในปี นี้ เนื่ องจากเราเชื่ อว่ารายได้จากโครงการใหม่ นี้ จะค่อยๆก่อสร้างและรับรู้ รายได้ในลักษณะ S-curve โดยเราคาดว่ากาไรสุ ทธิ ในปี 2560 จะลดลง 21% YoY ก่อนที่จะโตถึง 24% และ 44% ในปี 2561-62 ตามลาดับ จากการลงทุนภาครัฐและความสามารถใน การทากาไรของบริ ษทั ที่เพิม่ ขึ้น Valuation and action เรากลับมาดูแลหุ้น STEC อีกครั้งด้วยคาแนะนาซื้ อ โดยให้ราคาเป้ าหมายที่ 33.20 บาท อิงจาก P/BV ที่ 4.5x อิงจากค่าเฉลี่ ยระยะยาว +1.0SD เรามองว่าหุ ้น STEC สมควรมี premium เนื่ องจากมีแนวโน้มที่จะ เติบโตได้อย่างแข็งแกร่ ง และ backlog ที่มีเต็มมือครอบคลุมรายได้ไปมากกว่า 3 ปี ข้างหน้า Risks การก่อสร้างล่าช้ากว่ากาหนด, เกิดปั ญหาขาดแคลนแรงงาน และต้นทุนค่าวัสดุแพงขึ้น
