ORDER ON STIPULATION TO EXTEND DEADLINES PENDING NEGOTIATION OF AGREEMENT TO ARBITRATE

This matter is before the court on the parties’ Stipulation to Extend Deadlines Pending Negotiation of Agreement to Arbitrate (Doc. No. 9. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that: 1.

The deadline for Plaintiff LEI Packaging, LLC to move, answer, or

otherwise respond to Defendant Emery Silfurtun Incorporated’s (“Emery”) Counterclaims is extended until twenty-one (21) days after either Plaintiff or Emery notifies the other that efforts to enter into the Agreement to Arbitrate have failed; 2.

The deadline for Plaintiff to amend its Complaint as a matter of course

pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(B) is extended until twenty-one (21) days after either Plaintiff or Emery notifies the other that efforts to enter into the Agreement to Arbitrate have failed; 3.

The deadline for Emery to amend its Counterclaims as a matter of course

pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 15(a)(1)(A) is extended until twenty-one (21) days after either

Plaintiff or Emery notifies the other that efforts to enter into the Agreement to Arbitrate have failed; and 4.

The July 8, 2015 pretrial conference is postponed pending negotiation of
