To qualify, you must call a maternity coach at 800-817-7044 for an initial assessment during your first trimester and complete one action item, as determined with a coach, for each trimester following enrollment in the program.

Qualifying participants will be rewarded:

• $250 added to their HRA for members

enrolled in the Consumer-Directed Health Plan

• $233 saved on the inpatient hospital copay if enrolled in the Enhanced 80/20 Plan

• $329 saved on the inpatient hospital copay if enrolled in the Traditional 70/30 Plan

You must enroll during your first trimester. As a participant, you will receive a book to guide you through pregnancy and newborn care. You will also be able to tap into numerous maternity resources available on your Personal Health Portal through the State Health Plan’s website at www.shpnc.org.
