REGIONAL BUSINESS ITEMS (Action may be taken) 1) Legislative Update & Priorities (30 mins) During this time, EA Senator Liahut-Sanchez will provide the Region with a Legislative Update on recent legislation that has been signed by Gov. Brown, policy work with local coalitions, and Region VII Legislative priorities. 2) Region VII Website Presentation (10 mins) During this time, John Eleby will present the new Region VII Website. 3) Region VII Constitution (20 mins) During this time, suggested changes to the Region VII constitution shall be introduced, deliberated upon, and possibly approved. 4) Region VII Fiscal Code (20 mins) During this time, a proposed Fiscal Code shall be introduced, deliberated upon, and possibly approved. 5) Recall of Communications Officer #2 (15 min) During this time, the delegates will possibly take action on recalling Ryan Navarrete from the position of Communications Officer #2. 6) General Assembly Resolutions (60 mins) During this time, the delegates will deliberate upon taking positions on resolutions as a Region.
