Create and Submit a New Study Before creating a new study in ETHOS, refer to the New Study Checklist for guidance on what information and documents will be needed. Once you have prepared your study documents, you can create and submit a study.

If TIP: For new studies, protocols and participantsubmitted properly, the diagram on the study facing materials should be uploaded as WORD Work space will transition from the “predocuments with no track changes. submission” to “pre-review” state. TIP: For reliance / SIRB submissions, refer to How to Submit a Reliance Request. 6. Check the form for errors and make changes as necessary.
