This is an exciting time at The Bosch Group. We’re in the process of transitioning our North American systems to Cloud-based operations and need talented, systems-based DevOps Engineers to ensure the process meets corporate standards and targets for a completed transition by 2020.

Preferred Additional Skills Assist and support the business development team during sales presentations Prior experience adapting existing system architectures to new data center environments Support and consult with development teams using Cloud platforms Manage the integration of services into Cloud Foundry or similar PaaS Experience with problem management and incident change processes and procedures Possess a basic understanding of Linux OS, Middleware and networking systems Ability to travel internationally (about 20%/year)

You will bring your extensive experience transitioning systems to digital platforms by owning and managing the custom development being done in-house. Your work with Cloud infrastructure, virtualization and data center operations will enable Bosch to successfully transform our current systems into industry-leading Cloud operations. Required Skill Set Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, cloud platform operations and systems engineering B.S. in Computer Science or a related field or 8 years of commensurate experience Experience with the following: OOP: Java, Python, Perl, Go or similar products Cloud Foundry rollouts and operations: Pivotal, AWS and Azure or similar PaaS Virtualization technologies: VMware, OpenStack, NSX Configuration Management Tools: Chef, Puppet or similar
