Tech Tools for Group Work Experience Badges
March 12- April 9th Description: Managing group work and keeping group work organized can prove to be challenging for teachers and students alike. In this four week course we will explore online tools and best practice strategies for keeping student group work organized and accessible. We will explore tools that help students communicate, collaborate and create documents, presentations and final products that can be shared with others. We will also explore online methods and programs for giving and receiving feedback on group work and for checking in with individual students and the group as a whole in order to ensure that everyone is held accountable for their contributions. By the end of the four weeks participants will be able to use at least one tool to achieve their classroom goals. Cost: $220 for JVLA member school participants. $350 for non-member school participants.
