OVERVIEW The NYC Technology Development Corporation (TDC) is a new non profit information technology (IT) services company that has been established by the City of New York to provide program management services, business analysis, portfolio management and other IT support services to the City of New York as its exclusive client. TDC maintains a full-time staff to deliver its mission to successfully deliver large, critical, cross-agency IT projects in a timely/cost effective manner and enable the City to used its technological resources to maximize its revenues, services and organizational efficiencies. TDC utilizes this contract for a flexible workforce of qualified contractor IT personnel from which to draw as the TDC (and the size and number of City projects under its governance) grows.
