Photo Editor/Event Photographer Internship The Education Partnership (TEP) is seeking an undergraduate or graduate student with a passion for photography and digital design, and a desire to learn about nonprofit management and administration. This position requires a commitment of at least 6-8 hours per week and flexible availability for on sight shooting at events and fundraisers. The Photo Editor will work collaboratively across all departments in an effort to capture, enhance, and retouch desired photos for use in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations campaigns. Responsibilities: 

Attend events and photo opportunities in an effort to capture emotionally compelling images



Work closely with departmental heads to plan and carry out photo opportunities



Organize and manage The Education Partnership’s photo database



Perform a full spectrum of photo editing techniques to enhance new and existing images



Embody our brand and mission when capturing and framing images and scenes

Qualifications: 

Possess a good eye for detail and a sense for style and visual design



Adaptable style to meet our various needs and aesthetic requirements



Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, other editing software is a plus



Passion for Education, humanitarianism, or philanthropy is a plus



Experience in graphic design, web design, and digital photography is a plus



Experience or interest in database management is preferred
