ESN PW BUCKET LIST CHALLENGES IN POLAND – COMPETITION RULES (Winter term 2016/2017) 1. By entering the competition you are agreeing to these competition rules. 2. The competition is being run by ESN PW. 3. The competition opens at 12:01pm on Saturday 8th October 2016 and closes at midnight on Friday 6th January 2017. Late entries will not be accepted. 4. The competition is only open to WUT (Warsaw University of Technology) International Students. 5. Working in teams is not permitted. 6. Only one entry per person is permitted. 7. Completed entry has to include:
The Bucket List with marked tasks that the competitor completed, Photos – The participant must be in each challenge photo!
8. Entries (all photos) must be submitted via email to
[email protected]. If you want, you can use any online platform you prefer to do this, including Google Docs, Dropbox etc. Just remember to include a link to a photo album in your email message. To complete the entry, the participant has to deliver the bucket list in person to ESN PW office during our Office Hours (OH) by Friday 6th January 2017. 9. The date of the sent email might be crucial in case more than one of the competitors have exactly the same score. But we will not take into consideration the date when the competitor delivered the bucket list - it just has to be done by Friday 6th January 2017. 10. ESN PW has the right to reject any photo which we feel does not meet the criteria or rules of the competition, or which we feel is derogatory, immoral or inappropriate. 11. The prizes for the winning entry will be as follows:
1 x Ipod shuffle (1st Place) 1 x Wireless/Bluetooth Speaker (2nd Place) 1 x Powerbank (3rd Place) 50 x 30 PLN worth of Bobby Burger vouchers (Consolation Prizes)
12. The ESN PW’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands. 13. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of a similar value in the event of the original prizes not being available. 14. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 15. The winners will be announced on Saturday 7th January 2017 on ESN PW fan page. 16. The winners will be chosen by ESN PW staff members based on score (the numer of completed tasks). If more than one person has the same score, we will also look on the date when all photos by email were submitted. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. ESN PW will attempt to contact the winner within 2 days of the selection. Contact will be made by email, phone or over Facebook up to two times. 18. If the winning person does not claim their prizes within 14 days, the person will lose their right to the prizes. ESN PW will then choose and notify a new winner based on score. 19. All entrants agree to take part in any publicity or promotion that may be organised by ESN PW in relation to the competition, whether or not they win a prize. 20. By participating in the competition, you give ESN PW permission: to use your content in our social media and for publicity and marketing purposes; and to mention your name in relation to this and the ESN PW Bucket List Challenges in Poland competition. 21. You consent to the data you provide in entering the competition being used by ESN PW for the purposes of administering the competition. 22. ESN PW reserves the right to cancel the competition or amend these rules at any time, without prior notice. 23. ESN PW does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the competition or being selected for a prize.
