In relation to the attached letter dated July 20, 2017 from Mrs. Annabelle D. Tingson, Principal, Kamuning Elementary School, this Division, a Test for Elementary Mathematics Teachers of District IV, will be held at Betty Go Belmonte Elementary School on August 4, 2017 on opposite sessions, 8:00AM for afternoon session teachers and 1:00pm for morning session teachers. It is requested that special arrangement be made to avoid disruption of classes. Immediate dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is desired.

Congressional District 4 Math Coordinators together with Math Club Presidents , had a meeting last July 18, 2017 at Betty Go Elementary School. Principals present were Mrs. Tingson of Kamuning ES and Mrs. Ebardaloza of Betty Go Belmonte ES. CD4 Math Club Officers was elected among the presidents of each school. Oathtaking was not done yet, because we wish that you'll be the Administering Officer, date and time will depend on your availability. One of the agenda transpired in the meeting is to increase numerical/ mathematical proficiency in NAT and in Math Contests. With this we want to conduct Mathematics Test for Teachers on July 31, 2017 on opposite sessions, venue at Betty Go Belmonte Elementary School. We want to use the previous Math Teachers tests, using these test results we want to conduct teachers training within the district. This is to help CD 4 increase mathematical proficiency both for teachers and its pupils. The undersigned and Mrs. Nancy Ebardaloza, principal of Betty Go Belmonte ES would want this activity to be memorandized so as to obliged all CD4 math teachers to take the test.
