Note: At no time should scouts be placed in a position of having any contact with a criminal offender. For example, if visiting a jail or prison, they should not tour any area where inmates are present

The Texas Criminal Justice Badge is open to any Cub Scout (including Tiger Cubs) or Boy Scout in the State of Texas.
