Club Policies
Please do not leave purses and other valuables visible in cars.
Courts
Only Racket Club pros may teach and use the Club’s equipment. Players will be charged for reservations not cancelled by 9 am that day. Non-marking tennis shoes must be worn on court. Players must change courts on time per the court clocks. Players will be charged for the next half hour when playing 10 minutes or more past their scheduled time. Players must wait until the end of a point before entering a court. Court divider nets may be opened if both sides agree to it. Spectators are not allowed on court. Water and sports drinks only are allowed on court.
Playroom
Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 3 pm. Reservations are required at least 24 hours in advance. Kids must be at least one year old with no diaper changing. A parent or guardian must be on site when using the playroom. Kids may not be in the playroom if sick. Kids are encouraged to bring toys and snacks that can be eaten without assistance.
Billing
Statements are emailed the first week of each month. Members’ balances will be charged automatically to a credit card unless paid manually prior to the end of the month. A finance fee of 1.5% will be assessed to past due balances. Accounts over 90 days delinquent are subject to collection. Memberships are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time without penalty. REVISED 9/17

Members may reserve on the hour and half hour up to one week in advance and non-members may reserve up to one day in advance. Hours subject to change with special events and holidays. Closed New Year’s Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Class registration begins in late July for Session 1 and is mostly available to Club members only. Registration information and class schedules are available at the Club or theracketclub.org.
Leagues
NON-MEMBERS MAY PLAY FOR ADDITIONAL $10 PER VISIT.
In-club leagues are offered to members at a variety of levels, days and times. Ladies’ Northern Illinois Traveling Tennis League (NITTL) teams play here and at other clubs in a variety of divisions. USTA league team captains also enjoy the Club as their home site.

Permanent Court Time
Hassle-free tennis! Indoor Permanent Court Time is divided among group members however requested and billed in six installments, July thru December. Players get 20% off in the pro shop and may use the practice lane & ball machine at any time for free!
