This document outlines the rules that should at all times be followed when participating in The World Championships 2015 tournament. Failure to adhere to these rules may be penalized as outlined. We advice each manager, captain and a player to read our rules carefully so we could avoid any issues. Organizers will always have the last word, The World Championships 2015 reserve the right to without further notice change the rules. Updates are posted as soon as possible at twc.e-frag.net. By playing in our tournament each player agrees on following rules.

CHAPTER 1 – INTRODUCTION 1.1 – The World Championships 2015

The World Championships is international Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament contested by national teams. The first edition will be held in 2015 and it will consists of 79 national teams from 6 continents. The tournament will host LAN Finals in Belgrade, Serbia from October 8-11 with 16 teams which made their way through continental qualifiers. Predecessor of this tournament was ESEC (E-Sports European Championship) which E-Frag successfully organized in 2013 and 2014. 1.2 - Range of Validity

The World Championships is operated as part of the YOUR ESPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LTD, established in 2015, formerly known as Electronic Frag (2011). This is the only rulebook which is valid for The World Championships, it's participants and all matches played within the scope of The World Championships 2015. With his participation the participant states that he understands and accepts all rules. 1.3 – Participants

The World Championships 2015 participant is a team or a player that is participating in an The World Championships 2015 tournament. Any member of The World Championships 2015 nation is a participant of that nation. No participant can at the same time be part of more than one nation (in cases participant own dual citizenship he can only play for one nation of his choice). Team manager doesn’t have to have citizenship of country he is managing however each player have to be citizen of mentioned country. Participant doesn’t have to live in a country he is playing for. 1.4 – Time zone

The World Championships 2015 website (twc.e-frag.net) will display the times of matches in CET (Central European Time) so be sure to check what is your time zone difference from CET. 1.5 - Tournament Administration

Each participant can contact the tournament admins via Skype or via e-mail at any time. During the qualification stages administrator will reply faster than usual, in most cases within the next 60 minutes. CHAPTER 2 – FORMAT 2.1 – Number of participating nations

A total of 79 nations from all over the World will participate in the first ever The World Championships in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. Complete list of participating nations can be found here. 2.2 – Continental qualifiers

Each continent will have their own qualifiers through which we will find out which 16 teams will qualify for Global Finals in Belgrade, Serbia (see 2.4). Each continent has already defined number of slots for Global Finals: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6.

Europe – 8 (Eight) slots Asia – 3 (Three) slots North America – 2 (Two) slots South America – 1 (One) slot Africa – 1 (One) slot Oceania – 1 (One) slot

The online part of The World Championships 2015 will feature unique qualifier formats for all regions, this is because the different amount of participants from all regions. The Global Finals will feature 16 teams. 2.2.1 – Oceania

Two teams will play 3 (Three) best-of-3 (BO3) matches to determine who will qualify for the Global Finals in Belgrade. The winner is the team which win two out of three best-of-3 matches. 2.2.2 – Asia

14 (Fourteen) teams will be divided into 4 groups, two of them consisting of three while remaining two consisting of four teams. Playing round-robin best-of-3 matchups to determine group winners which will proceed into group stage #2 with four teams in the same group. These four teams will once again play best-of-3 round-robin format and top three teams will qualify for Global Finals. 2.2.3 – North America

Three teams will compete in the same group using double round-robin best-of-3 format (each team playing twice agains two other teams). Top two teams will qualify.

2.2.4 – South America

9 (Nine) teams will be divided into three groups with three teams in each. Teams playing each other once in a best-of-3 matchups. Winners of groups will proceed into group stage #2 with three teams in the same group. Once again teams will play each other once, the team who top the group will qualify. 2.2.5 – Africa

6 (Six) teams in the same group playing round-robin best-of-3 matchups. The team who top the group will qualify. 2.2.6 – Europe

45 (Fourty-five) teams will compete in European qualifier. Qualifier will start with Qualification round 1 with 18 teams playing best-of-3 matchups. 9 winners will proceed to Qualification Round 2 to join 15 more teams to have 24 teams in total in Qualification Round 2. 12 winners of best-of-3 matchups will proceed to the group stage where we will have 12 seeded teams. Seedings will be based on teams successes during the past two years (2013, 2014). 24 teams will be divided into 4 groups with 6 teams in each. Playing round-robin bestof-1 matchups to determine group standings. Top 4 teams from each group will proceed to Single-elimination Round of 16 which will be played best-of-3. Winners of these matches will qualify for Global Finals. 2.3 – Point distribution

For each win in a group stage team will be awarded with 3 points. For each draw both teams included will get 1 point while teams will not recieve points for a loss. 2.3.1 – Case of equal number of points during Continental Qualifiers

If two teams have same amont of points first criteria to look at is the match between those two teams. If a match ended in a draw Round Difference in total will be taken into consideration. If three-way tie occure Round Difference between those three teams will be taken into consideration. 2.4 – Global Finals Format

16 teams will be divided into 4 groups with 4 teams in each. Best-of-3 group stage GSL format; top two teams from each group advancing to Single-elimination quarterfinal. If a match ended in a tie overtime will be played. Teams are awarded with 3 points for win and 0 points for a loss.

Playoffs will be played to determine the first ever World Champion in CS:GO. Entire playoffs will be played in best-of-3 format. The winner is a team who win 2 out of 3 possible maps. 2.4.1. – Global Finals draw

8 European national teams will be divided into 4 groups with 2 teams in each group. Remaining 8 slots will be filled in following way:  Teams from North America can not play in the same group  Teams from Asia can not play in the same group  Teams will not be seeded in any way

CHAPTER 3 – M ATCH FORMAT 3. 1 – Introduction to Match Format

This article describes the different match format which will be used during The World Championships 2015. These formats are NOT subject to change and WILL NOT be changed during the tournament. 3.2 - Single-game match

A single-game match is played in a single game and opposes two teams of give players. A game is played on one map in two times of 15 in-game rounds. For each half-time, teams play alternatively terrorist and counter-terrorist, and score one point by winning one in-game round. The winner of a game is the first team which scores 16 in-game rounds. The winner of a match is the team that has won one game. In a single-game match a tie, both teams have 15 in-game rounds, is possible. If one team scores 16 ingame rounds the match end and the remaining rounds are not to be played. 3.3 - Best-of-three match

A best-of-three (BO3) match is played in two or three games and opposes two teams of five players. A game is played on one map in two half-times of 15 in-game rounds. For each half-time, teams play alternatively terrorist and counter-terrorist, and score one point by winning one in-game round. If one team scores 16 in-game rounds the match ends and the remaining rounds are not to be played. The winner of a match is the team that has won two games. If both teams are tied at the end of a game, overtimes are played until a winner is declared. For overtime teams do not switch sides at the end of a match.

3.4 Overtime

Overtime will be played using 10.000$ start money and maximum rounds (MR) set to 6.

CHAPTER 4 - GAME SETTINGS 4.1 - Game version

Tournament organizers will always try to use the latest version, but we will keep the right to decide to use an older version if there are any issues. 4.2 - Players settings

The following settings are not allowed to be adjusted or used on the players PC:  mat_hdr_enabled 0/1 (do not use)  mat_hdr_level 0/1/2 (do not use) All other configuration changes are allowed as long as they do not give an unfair edge or advantage comparable to cheating. A player may be penalized for wrong settings in any config file, regardless if it is in use or even stored in the game folder in question. Players are allowed to adjust the following on the PC or monitor settings:           

Brightness; Digital Vibrance; Contrast; Gamma; 3D settings (aliasing, vertical sync, etc.); Game scaling; USB HZ; Sound; Mouse settings + mouse drivers; Keyboard; Headset.

Players are forbidden using any kind of overlay that displays the system performance while playing (e.g. Nvidia SLI Display). Any modification or changing of the game using external graphics solutions or other 3rd party programs are strictly prohibited and may be punished under the cheating paragraph.

4.3 - Player nickname

During an official match all players are to use their real nick so casters and spectators can follow the game without being misled. The nickname should be clean and the team must stick to the same pattern. It is strictly prohibited and will be punished by a warning. 4.4 – Team name

During an official match all players are to use Team tag which can be added by changing Steam name or joining Steam group. Team tags like SUOMI, Cp6uJa, [+] are considered as nationaly recognizable and therefore they are allowed. 4.5 – Steam profile picture

All players need to have national flag as a Steam picture during the official matches. Same flag needs to be on each of 5 members involved. 4.6 - Server settings

The following game settings will be used:         

4.8 – Game accounts

Each players has to play official matches from already provided Steam profile. Connecting through different Steam profiles and playing an official match will be punished under the code of 7.3, Sanction. 4.9 – Player restriction

There is no age or sex restriction for The World Championships Online qualifier. However only adults (18+ age) will be able to travel to Global Finals in Belgrade, Serbia.

CHAPTER 5 - M ATCH PROCEDURE 5.1 - Notification

The notification indicates the time and the place at which players are requested to be present in order to play their official matches. This notification schedule is described in the tournament schedule and is provided at the beginning of the tournament. Players must be present at their playing venue 15 minutes before they are allowed to enter. This will help us work towards the schedule and tournament officials can answer questions that might come up instead of doing it under the warmup/setup time. 5.2 - Setup (Global Finals)

Players must play on the computer designated by the tournament officials. Players are responsible of the installation and functioning of their accessories. This includes providing and installing the adequate drivers when necessary, and providing the adequate type of cables or adapters when necessary. Tournament officials may possibly help the players with technical issues but may not delay the tournament schedule for such reasons. Tournament admins will monitor each player while installing any drivers. 5.3 - Materials

Players are expected to bring their own accessories:    

Mouse, Mousepad; Keyboard (make sure to bring and test your own PS2-converter); Headphones. Mouse Bungie, tape etc.

5.3 - Warm-up (Global Finals)

Players get 20 minutes to setup their accessories and warm-up with these. The matches will start at their designated time. The tournament official will provide up to date information on when to start, so players can get ready and warmed up before the match starts. 5.3.1 – Warm-up (Online qualifiers)

Players must join the server at least 10 minutes before scheduled start of the match. They will have at least 10 minutes to warm-up, if requested server IP will be provided for players to earlier to check their latencies and warm-up more. 5.4 - Before the match (Global Finals & Online qualifiers)

Before the start of a match each team must introduce his team captain to the tournament officials. It can be one of the five players or the official coach. The team captain must remain the same person during the entire tournament. The team captain is the person in charge of his team toward the tournament officials. He has to do the map choice before a match, official complaints or any other problems to tournament officials. A coin toss will take place before each game. The winner of the coin toss is Team A. Team A will have the right to choose who will start veto process (example below Team A requested that Team B starts). A knife round is played to decide sides on the map. 5.5 - Map choice for a single-game match (BO1)

For a match in single-game match the map choice must respect the following procedure: a) b) c) d) e) f)

5.6 - Map choice for a best-of-three match (BO3)

For a match in best-of-three format the map choice must respect the following procedure: a) Team B removes one of the 7 maps b) Team A removes one of the 6 remaining maps c) Team A picks one of the 5 remaining maps, will be played as 1st map (Team B pick side to start on – without knife round) YOUR ESPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LTD © 2015 11

d) Team B picks one of the 4 remaining maps, will be played as 2nd map (Team A pick side to start on – without knife round) e) Team A removes one of the 3 remaining maps f) Team A removes one of the 2 remaining maps g) The last remaining map is the decider (knife round to determine the sides) A coin toss will take place before the best-of-three match. The winner of the coin toss is Team A. The last map will only be played if both teams win one map during the match. 5.7 - Joining the match

Server IP and password will be handed out by the tournament administrators. Teams must join the server as soon as possible after the IP has been handed out, this will be punished by a warning if delaying more than necessary

5.8 DURING THE MATCH (GLOBAL F INALS & ONLINE QUALIFIERS) 5.8.1 - Voice communication

Voice communication tools as Ventrilo, Mumble and Teamspeak are allowed. An optional Teamspeak server will be provided by The World Championships 2015. Any overlay options in communication tools are not allowed. 5.8.2 - Match Media

Players are obliged to record their in-game demo unless the recording causes performance issues which can only be determined by a tournament official. Demo shall be named relevant to the game. Example: “Demo-SwedenVSFrance-f0rest“ 5.8.3 - Communication

During an official match, players may not communicate with people not involved in the match even when the game is paused. People involved in the match are players, the coach and tournament officials. 5.9 - Match stopped

Players are not expected to leave an official game in progress unless it is authorized by the match format or it has been expressly authorized by the tournament officials. Between two half-time of a game players are not expected to leave their place unless it has been expressly authorized by the tournament officials. Between two games during a best-of-three match players are authorized to leave their computer before the next game

start. But they can’t leave the tournament area. Players are only authorized to leave the tournament area with the permission of a tournament official. 5.10 - Match interrupted

If a match is involuntary interrupted (player crash, server crash, network outage, etc.) the tournament officials may decide to replay the match according to the following rules:  If the problem occurs in the first round of either the first or second half-time, the half-time in question will be replayed;  If the problem occurs in the first round of the overtimes, the section in question of overtime will be replayed;  If the problem occurs in any other round, the players needs to wait until the problem is solved or until the tournament officials tells them to continue the game;  If one of the players crashes or is disconnected, he must come back as quickly as possible;  If a valid backup is available on the server, the round in which issues occurred will be restored. 5.11 - Pausing a match

If problems occur players are allowed to pause the game in freezetime and only in freezetime. 5.12 - Time between matches (Global Finals & Online qualifiers)

In a best-of-three format teams are allowed to 5 minutes break between the games (maps). The break time is subject to change if the situation requires it. Once again as mentioned in the “match stopped-article” the player are not allowed to leave the area. 5.13 – Timeout (Global Finals & Online qualifiers)

Every team has the option to take a five (5) minute pause in freezetime as a timeout. During this time it is forbidden to leave your computer. The pause is strictly for timeout purposes. Every team can take a timeout one time during every map. 5.14 – Half-time break

There will be 60 seconds break between half-times on each map. Official tournament configs will be edited to follow mentioned rule.

CHAPTER 6 - AFTER THE MATCH 6.1 - Investigation request

When a team estimates being a victim of rule violations during a match, players are compelled not to stop the game by any means and to properly finish it. Once the match is over the team captain may officially ask for an investigation to tournament officials. It is strongly advised to provide valuable information that may help the tournament director in his investigation. Unjustified and repetitive use of this right may be sanctioned. 6.1.1 - Deadline for Match Protests

The latest time that participants are allowed to issue a match protest is the earliest of the three following:  48 hours after the scheduled starting time of the match  The beginning of the next match for either of the two participants (a minimum of 10 minutes have to be kept between two matches by all participants)  Only at Global Finals: The end of the event day (departure of the admins) 6.1.2 – Player protests

Should a complaint regarding a certain player be issued, the tournament organisers will rewatch the demos and only the tournament’s administrative team has the right to decide whether a player should be penalised or not. 6.2 - Score validation (Global Finals)

For a match both team captains have to report the match score to the tournament officials and sign the report match paper. After signing the report match paper a team can’t complain about the score or about any violation within the match.

CHAPTER 7 – RULES AND VIOLATIONS 7.1 – Player restriction

The World Championships follow in steps of other major tournaments and do not allow any VAC banned players to participate. Should a manager add a VAC banned player to the official lineup, the said nation and its players will be banned for 2 years from any future tournaments.

7.1.1 – Playing under influence

To play a match, be it online or offline, under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other performance enhancers is strictly prohibited and may be punished with exclusion from The World Championships. 7.2 - Forbidden software installation

Players may not bring, install or use any external software or hardware that inter-acts in-game. Any form of modification that would alter the game or allow a player to execute automatically more than one in-game action, or any configuration file, is forbidden unless expressly authorized by a tournament official. 7.3 - Forbidden in-game actions (Global Finals & Online qualifiers)

The following actions are strictly prohibited during a game and will result in round loss (the amount is determined by the tournament director) which will be deducted at the end of the match, and a warning:  using pause during a round is forbidden (except for technical problems at the end of a round or during freeze time.)  any form of script is forbidden (buy script is allowed)  using bugs which change the game principle (i.e. spawn bugs) is illegal.  moving through walls, floors and roofs is strictly forbidden.  "silent bombs" (i.e. the planting of a bomb which doesn't make a sound) are illegal.  planting bombs so that they cannot be defused is illegal.  boosting with the help of team mates is allowed in general, but it is forbidden in places where the textures, walls, ceilings, floors become transparent or penetrable.  throwing flash grenades under walls is not allowed, throwing grenades over walls or roofs is allowed.  Any custom (game) files. 7.4 - Sanction

A team may be cautioned and receive a warning if one of his players commits any of the following offences:     

Refuses to follow tournament officials instructions; Arrives late at his convocation schedule; Shows dissent by word or action; Uses insulting language and/or gestures; Is guilty of unsporting behavior. YOUR ESPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LTD © 2015 15

A team may receive a sanction if one of his players commits any of the following offences:      

Receives more than one warning; Is guilty of violent conduct; Uses any unlawful or unfair proceedings; Mislead or dupe any tournament official; Starts the match if the casters are not ready. Playing from different Steam account

A team may lose a match or multiple matches if they find themselves in one of the following situations:

 If a team is not ready within 15 minutes after the official match should’ve begun, the team in question will forfeit the first match as follows: a) If the match is in a single-game format then the team will forfeit the game; b) If the match is in a best-of-three format then the team will forfeit the map in question.  If a team is not ready within 30 minutes after the official match should’ve begun, the team in question will forfeit the game. Entire team will also be punished if a player post insults regarding The World Championships 2015 or anything similar on their Twitter, Facebook or any other Social media profiles. This may harm tournament sponsors and therefore it is strictly forbidden. This also includes E-Frag.net website or any other website, forum, player guest book or any other. Each violation of our rules will result in warning, official warning or disqualification. Each violation will also bring certain amount of penalty points to a team or a player involved. Minor penalty points will be given for minor incident(s): Not changing Steam profile picture, not using real nickname, not using proper team tags, failing to show up on time, failing to be in contact with tournament officials, not providing necessary media if requested (demos, screenshots). Major penalty points will be given for major incident(s): Repeating minor incident(s), occusing opponents of cheating in a wrong way, insulting opponents, tournament officials or tournament itself, cheating, using bugs, etc).

7.5 - Venue (Global Finals)

The World Championships 2015 will be played at Sava Center, multifuncional congress center in New Belgrade with a seating capacity of 4,000. Each team is allowed to have five players and a manager in the venue. It’s not allowed to bring more than one manager into the venue due to the TV production. If a team has more than 6 representatives the team will be punished under the code of 7.3, Sanction.

7.6 - Sent off

After study of a sanction by the competition manager and the Head admin sanctioned team may be subject to additional sanctions such as multiple default loss, disqualification of the team, and banishment of Future competitions. A disqualified team will automatically lose all his next matches by default and loses all rights and prizes that would have been awarded. In a group stage, the previous matches’ results within the group are cancelled and are also lost by default. All points won or lost are backwardly re-distributed. 7.7 – Anti-Cheat

An anti-cheat software deployed by the tournament organisers will be serverside and we keep the right to include and make use of any third party anti-cheat software at any point of our tournament.

CHAPTER 8 – BROADCAST 8.1 – General

Teams cannot refuse to have their matches broadcast by The World Championshipsauthorized broadcasts, nor can they choose in what manner the match will be broadcast. The broadcast can only be rejected by the tournament direction. The teams agree to make sufficient accommodation so that broadcasting of matches can take place. 8.2 – Waiting for Casters

All players are obligated to start once each caster is ready to stream the match, starting the match or typing !ready if not told to do so will be punished under the code of 7.3, Sanction. 8.3 – Overlays

Each broadcaster who is already accepted by The World Championships 2015 organizers as an official one will have to use The World Championships 2015 overlays with tournament sponsors logos in it. Each caster will have to use Hitbox and only Hitbox as a streaming platform. 8.4 – Interviews

For every game that is broadcast on E-Frag TV during Online qualifiers, one player from each team must be available for a Skype interview. The player should also be available for a comment after the match. Solo players should always be available for pre and post match interviews during the Global Finals of which they will be informed immediatelly after the match. 8.5 – Streaming rights

The World Championships 2015 organisers have the right to include and exclude a broadcast (stream) and their respective casters at any point of the tournament if deemed as necessary

CHAPTER 9 – PRIZE MONEY 9.1 – Information

The World Championships will hand out $100,000 at Global Finals in Belgrade, Serbia. 9.2 – Prize distribution

1. $50,000 2. $25,000 3. $10,000 4. $5,000 5-8. $2,500 *Prize money provided above is minimum. It could go higher with merchandise sales since our tournament is crowdfunded. 9.3 - Prize Deductions Due to Penalty Points

Every penalty point that a participant acquires during the event or its qualifiers is penalized with a prize money deduction. The deductions are as follows:  For every minor penalty point a 1% overall prize money deduction will occur.  For every major penalty point a 10% overall prize money deduction will occur. The deduction is calculated out of the grand total of prize money awarded to the participant at the end of the event. 9.3.1 - Withdrawal of Prize Money

As long as the prize money for the The World Championships has not been paid out, the organizers reserves the right to cancel any pending payment if any evidence of fraud or foul play have been discovered. 9.3.2 - Transfer of Prize Money

The prize money will be sent as cheque, a bank transfer or over PayPal as specified by the Team manager. Failure to redeem the cheques or provide sufficient information for the payments to be complete will result in payments not being made. If a participant has not collected their winnings or redeemed the cheque within one year (365 days) of the initial payment date the prizes are forfeited.

9.4 – Trophy and medals

Top three teams will recieve medals (gold, silver and bronze) while the champion will recieve permanent trophy.

CHAPTER 10 – GLOBAL FINALS RULES 10.1 - Clothing

The players and teams will be provided with jerseys in their recognizable colors and styles according to their national flags. A manager is obligated to deliver T-Shirts sizes for each member of his team, including himself. A team can not play in anything else besides provided jerseys. Players can bring their own flags. Players can not play in their Team jerseys. 10.2 - Administrators

The instructions of administrators should always be obeyed and followed. Failure to do so may result in penalty points being awarded. 10.3 – Press conference / Signing autographs

If the league decides that a player needs to be a part of a press conference or a autograph session, then the player cannot deny this, and must attend. 10.4 - Mobile phones, tablets or similar devices

Participants are not allowed to bring mobile phones, tablets or similar devices into the gaming area and they have to be handed to tournament officials before starting to setup before the first match. Tournament officials will keep such devices until the player or team has played all of its matches on that day. 10.5 - Winners Ceremony

Participants have to stay in the tournament area for the winners’ ceremony after the Grand Final. 10.6 – National anthems

Before each match national anthems of teams included will be played. Each player is obligated to stand up during both anthems. 10.7 – Number of players

Each team will have 5 players and 1 manager / coach in the Venue during the Global Finals.

CHAPTER 11 – TRAVEL & ACCOMODATION COSTS 11.1 – Travel costs

Each team which qualify for Global Finals will get airplane tickets paid for 5 players and 1 manager (6 persons it total). In case a team don't have a manager (or manager is a player) we will pay for 5 airplane tickets. Team manager is obligated to deliver required information so organizers can reserve and pay tickets on time. Airplane companies, dates and times of flights will be chosen by tournament organizers and they are not subject of change. 11.2 – Accomodation costs

Each team which qualify for Global Finals will stay at Crown Plaza Hotel in Belgrade near the Venue. All team members will have 4 nights with breakfast and dinner paid by tournament organizers. Room numbers and floors will be provided at the Hotel.

11.3 – Other costs

All other costs during your stay in Belgrade, Serbia will not be covered by tournament organizers. This includes bus tickets, city sightseeing, cigarettes, snacks and drinks outside of Hotel and not in meal time. For more information contact tournament officials. Official currency in Serbia is Serbian Dinar (RSD) and in most places you can not pay with American Dollars or Euros. For updated exchange rates contact tournament officials.

CHAPTER 12 – SCHEDULE Entire tournament schedule including both Online qualifiers & Global Finals will be made by tournament officials about what each team will be informed on time. Schedule is not a subject of change and no appeal will have any effect. YOUR ESPORTS ENTERTAINMENT LTD © 2015 21

Matches must be played at provided time and date. Not respecting the schedule may result in a disqualification and ban from any of our future tournaments.

CHAPTER 13 – TEAM REQUIREMENTS 13.1 Manager requirements

A manager / coach is a person which will be in charge of a nation. Tournament organizers selected 1 manager for each out of 79 participating nations. A manager has to be in constant contact with tournament officials. A manager is obligated to answer any asked questions, provide any asked information or document. Manager is also in charge of providing entire team list, delivering required information about each player and making a lineup which will be playing in certain matches. During an entire event a manager can not be changed unless tournament officials decide it is necessary. Editing, removing and adding players will not be available for managers during any point of our tournament. If you wish to edit some information, add a new player, remove an old one or replace your player, please contact the tournament officials with an appropriate reason for such an act. 13.2 Team requirements

A team will consist of minimum 5 and maximum 15 players. A manager can include entire team but no more than 3 players from the same team can play in a single match. This rule is not subject of change. A manager must provide following information about each player: 1) Full name 2) Nickname 3) Current team 4) Steam ID (Steam_0:1:23456 format) 5) Hometown 6) Picture (Desirable higher quality, face to camera) 7) Date of birth (DD/MM/YYYY format) 8) Social media (Player Facebook fan page link, Twitter link or any other Social media)
