Theme of the day : Perseverance The meeting was started at 10.32 AM with high note by associate EC (executive committee) members, because all newly EC members went for an OTP (Officers Training Program). The associate EC members got full co-operation from other members present in the meeting. The Toastmaster of the day Anand Rai had welcomed the audience and fellows toastmasters. Anand Rai introduced the Theme of the Day „Perseverance‟ and subsequently invited the General Evaluator, Alok Gupta on the podium. The General Evaluator and the Supplementary Evaluators explained objectives of their respective roles in succession. Theme presentation by Toastmaster of the Day: The Toastmaster began the session with quote from Bob Brown on the theme of day Perseverance that how we can strive for our goal under difficult situations. Toastmaster‟s presentation progressed gradually in tandem with the other planned activities for today‟s session. Word of the day The Word-master Deepak K Garg explained the meaning of word of the day Word – Apocope (Noun) Meaning -To cut short Sentence - Apocope tape is not appropriate for evidence.

“SWOT” analysis was the topic of Devi Prasad speech. Devi P. has expained that how by using strength, weakness, opportunities and threats technique the developmental goals can be achived in this competative world. K Childhood day‟s reminiscence was the theme of Ankur speech. Ankur narrated the incidents in very interesting manner. Reaching school, then recess and interesting interaction with friends. Rahul presented his 4th project on the topic of “Expose Yourself”. He linked the current buring topic of corruption and crime against women with comman man, and how we can change.

K “Leadership” was the topic of Alok‟s presentation. Alok presented various kinds of leadership styles with excellent examples for transformational and ethical leadership. He gave referance to Jim Collins Book - Good to Great to continusly strive for level 5 leadership.
