I think that the videos that we do are funny and entertaining and we tell the people what they need to know. I think we should get better at changing videos.

Communicating information to People may not take it seriously, or it may not be 1/30/2018 [email protected] 11:57:32 Graham Gardner students in a fun way or creative way. exciting enough or grab enough attention.

I have an interest in continuing to pursue making a quality broadcast by producing videos for the Madrona community and helping with the production of the show.

What are your other interests for this class? Learning video production techniques? Angles, Foley sounds, creating suspense, doing walk and talk interviews, Learning to use the "robots" to teach younger students, coding, making websites, photographing shooting and post production, etc. This should be a narrative - stream of consciousness!

Agree

It was fun making videos with Warsame and Nikita but I haven't worked with the other people so I don't know. I want to make videos for the broadcast. I also think I can get better at editing.

Agree

I like my group. I would like to work on the robots and using them in working with some of the younger kids, I want to learn more about taking good pictures, doing walk and talk interviews, angles in photography.

I think that the strengths of MMB are things like communicating information to kids. I think that its really important because its a nice, helpful reminder. Also I really look forward to seeing the different videos on it about different things. And I just think it is a fun way 1/30/2018 [email protected] 12:00:45 Lena Shoeman to send out information.

I think that some challenges/problems are one that people don't really take it seriously. Like kids will laugh when the anchors make mistakes or if there is a problem with putting the videos on. Also the teachers won't always show it. I know when there has been a broadcast and my Homeroom teacher doesn't show it. Agree

What I am really excited to do is learn to use the robots! I really enjoy robotics and I think it will be really fun to help teach the younger kids. I am also excited to just make more videos with a group. Because I really enjoy making them just not alone. Another thing I would really like to do is just learning about how to make and edit better videos.

We get the message through, we are 1/30/2018 [email protected] 11:57:05 Sydney Somers clear with what we want to say

Teachers don't want to watch it. students just laugh.

Disagree

1. I don't really want to work with xander and Logan, but I am flexible. 2. I want to learn about photagraohy, I would also like to work with the robots and teach the little kids abut them.

Disagree

I would like to learn how to make movies.

It is uploaded each Monday strictly. Unless if there is no school. Funny videos are often added in the MMB. Often the anchors would mess up or stutter. The interviews are always filmed well. Sometimes the broadcast is too plain.

We all at least have somewhat of an understanding of what we are doing. We are sort of able to all work together as a group and come to a 1/30/2018 [email protected] 12:03:49 Camden Hendrix decision.

We need to be able to work out our problems with turning in assignments, this class is an elective, everyone should be ready and able to work daily. We need to all be able to work together in situations and put everything else aside. I think if we start working together more then we could create amazing things. As much as the teams have been doing I think we all need to learn how to work together on some things. As much as wevideo is a good software it only allows output in 1270p as well as only one person can be editing at one time. I think if we find a way to time manage better as well as figure out to all work together on one or separate projects. Disagree

I think I like my group. As long as someone is making sure everything is running smoothly we will work super well together. As for what I want to see for the next simester. I think that I chose this class to not really learn a whole lot of new things about all of this but more to have help perfecting my craft. As you know I love love love technology and I even though I have a wide range of skills I haven't gotten good at just one. So I think if I can be given the help that I need to be able to perfect my craft at just one thing that would be amazing. Because I'm already decent at almost everything else. As to what I want to do I think that video production and editing is what I really want to do. I've started using a free windows software called Hitfilm express but they can't be used on the chromebooks so I'm forced to have to switch back and forth. The other thing that I am learning on a windows software that costs 100 dollars is Electronic Music Creation. That I think I would like to use in videos but I'm just hitting roadblock after roadblock. I think that video production is the place that I want to be. It would be cool to mess around with all of that stuff and perfect my craft if you will.

Editing skills are good. Creaivity, good ideas for videos for the broadcast. anchors messing up on lines. Transitioning to 1/30/2018 [email protected] 11:55:11 Warsame Mahmoud Recording. videos from the anchors and vis versa.

Photography, The robots, Coding.

The MMB is strong in the way of the 1/30/2018 [email protected] 11:58:10 Anna quantity of video add ins.

some of the problems that the MMB has is the amount of mistakes that is in every single one.

I am interested in learning how to create suspense in a video, and also learning how to use the robots to teach the kids, and making websites.

The broadcast is still considered as a joke. People just laugh at it. Most teachers don't even watch the broadcast for two reasons. It is advertised badly, and they always expect a joke. Neutral

I would like to switch to team bravo because of three slackers that are in team alpha. I'm happy with what we did in the first semester. I liked the fact that we mainly made broadcast videos with other small projects on the side. I am fine with how my broadcast group is.

I don't know. (content is fine)

I don't know (mostly technical problems)

Neutral

I would like to do: coding, photography, and using the robots.

I have an interest in continuing to pursue making a quality broadcast by producing videos for the Madrona community and helping with the production of the show.

Some times we will get project that seem a little off and don't mean much and some times the order of the videos in the broadcast don't fit together ( like we would have one funny, then one serious, then one funny again, etc. Also the some of the transitions seem to be weakly put together ( like the actors would try and lean out of frame but we could still see them as they did that and it seems that the anchors don't really understand what they are saying and also seem as if they don't have much of an opinion on the subject and are just saying something that they wouldn't normally say ( like they don't have an much of a feeling for it and it seems they are just saying but not really putting emotion into it). Also, when we play a video i see a bar at the bottom and it really distracts me from the rest of the video and most of the videos seem like We get some relevant news about the its just an interview and nothing else. Finally, the school and events that are happening background look boring and uninteresting and i feel as if we could do more with it and (as i said many done most of the time and we have the time to work on some of the thing times) we could do more that the audience can interact with and think about instead of having a we need to do to make it look good some one talk and transition to a video, like have a and clean (most of the time). Also, MMB is something people don't care quiz or a question that is funny or relevant to some thing in the middle of the broadcast, for example about meaning that if we can pull ⚡ something off that is big we can show "can u tell me what these emoji stand for people that MMB is still happening and stay tuned to find out what it means" at the and we instead on making up for our end " and the emoji stand for is harry potter and 1/30/2018 [email protected] 12:21:50 Max Harris mistakes. see u next time on MMB." Getting the script to the anchors before the show. Spending more time setting up for the broadcast ie: making sure the audio is correctly leveled out and the cameras are all set up. Aligning audio with Strongly people's mouths. agree not enough practice

Strongly agree

I fell that we should learn a little bit about angle (most of us already now tho) and about sound. Also, i think that we should not be afraid to make stuff that was is a little funny or weird, etc. Finally, we should DEFIANTLY learn to code and program robots because it very fun to see a working robot move and do its job and because when a google released a code game u could play on our corm books for a day i saw almost everyone play and code a rabbit to grab the carrots and everyone seem to love it when they played it.

Answer to Question above: I feel very happy with the group I've been placed in and I think we can create great videos on a timeline. Answer to current question: I would like to be able to take more pictures outside and do some coding. i would like to learn photography and video production
