Contract Walk-in-Interview 1 (one) year Superannuated/Retired/Voluntary Retired Officers from: a. PSUs including Hindustan Copper Ltd. b. Govt./Semi Govt. including Defence Service, IBM/GSI etc. c. Private organization of repute Diploma in Mech. Engineering or equivalent a. Minimum 20 years relevant experience in the related field. b. Should have sound knowledge of Mechanical, Maintenance Planning etc. Experience in Metal Smelting Industries, Power House & Crane, Compressors, Pumps etc. Should be less than 63 years The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility shall be 01/02/2014 a. Consolidated Remuneration of Rs.13000/per month or last drawn Basic Pay whichever is higher subject to Clause 14(a) of the Company’s Policy (see website for details). b. Other benefits shall be in accordance with the Company’s Policy in this regard (see website for details). a. Verification of all technical documents and drawings and processing recommendations for approval of Engineer-in-charge. b. Monitoring of timely executions of implementation schedules. c. Monitoring of safe practices of the work executed by the Contractor(s). d. Any other work assigned from time-to-time.

Experience in execution/maintenance in electrical installation in Smelting Industries. b. Experience in maintenance of troubleshooting electrical equipments in Power House, SubStation etc. Should be less than 63 years The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility shall be 01/02/2014 a. Consolidated Remuneration of Rs.13000/- per month or last drawn Basic Pay whichever is higher subject to Clause 14(a) of the Company’s Policy (see website for details). b. Experience in execution of civil contracts for at least 10 years including estimation of civil works for Plant & townships civil maintenance work. Should be less than 63 years The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility shall be 01/02/2014 a. Requirement for Walk in Interview

: Complete details in Annexure : Contract Walk-in-Interview on 18th February, 2014 from 10.30 a.m. onwards at Indian Copper Complex, General Manager’s Office, Moubhandar : 1 (one) year : Refer Annexure : Should be less than 63 years : The cut-off date for reckoning eligibility shall be 01/02/2014. : Refer table in Annexure & as per Col. 14 (a) of the scheme (see website for details). In case of retired Central/State Govt. employees, the monthly emoluments shall be so fixed that the sum total of monthly emolument and pension received does not exceed the last pay drawn by the concerned individual. : Refer table in Annexure & as per Col. 14 (b) of the scheme (see website for details) such as :(i) The reimbursement of conveyance expenses for local travel for official purposes shall be paid @ 15% of the monthly emolument. (ii) Unfurnished Company’s accommodation at normal rent and electricity, subject to availability. House Rent Allowance @ 10% of the monthly Emoluments shall be payable where housing accommodation is not provided by HCL etc. : Candidates are required to bring their original certificates in support of their claim for possessing 20 years experience, age, qualification, statutory requirements and photocopies of the same duly self attested. One copy of passport size photograph.

Schedule for Walk-in-Interview The Walk-in-interview shall be conducted on 18th February, 2014 from 10.30 a.m. at General Manager’s Office, General Office Building Complex, Hindustan Copper Limited/Indian Copper Complex, P.O.-Moubhandar-832 103, District-East Singhbhum, Jharkhand. The candidates are advised to report at 9.00 a.m. for scrutinizing their application, testimonials, etc. The Blank Application Form is attached. The candidates shall have to submit their application in the prescribed proforma on 18th February, 2014. The General Instruction for convenience of the Applicants is indicated below:General Instructions 1) The age and experience shall be reckoned as on 1st February, 2014. 2) Self attested photocopies of the following documents should be attached with the application and the original certificates shall be required to be presented at the time of Interview:(a) Matriculation / Secondary Certificate as proof of Date of Birth. (b) Mark Sheet / Certificate in support of qualification and experience. (c) Caste Certificate in format prescribed by the govt. of India, if applicable.
