Ministry Scope: Missionary Training Titus and Helen are senior Missionary Trainers. We train missionaries from Hong Kong and from other Asian countries.

Women Ministries Helen has been leading Christian Women Network HK (CWNHK) for 13 years and had just stepped down in 2013. She still supervies Dorcas Prayer group (consists of women pastors and lay leaders) and recently she initiated a fellowship for Retired Women in Ministries. She has a vital part in shaping two books about women in ministries. (below)
Member Care (Missionary Care) Wecare Center was founded in 2004 by the joint effort of the Loongs, Yungs, Miss Judi Chow and Miss Yiu Kwai Fun. Titus was the Director. In 2014 Wecare Center and Mission Village merged and re-name as Paulus Cultural Center, PCC. Titus stepped down from being the director but we both remain on the Board of PCC. PCC serves all mission bodies and churches in HK. We have weekly prayer meeting for missionaries, counselling service, Member Care Coaching classes, seminars and other activities. Mission Village We have been praying and planning for 4 years and pray that it will come to pass this year. Teaching Missiology Titus is frequently invited to teach at various seminaries both in Hong Kong and Asia.
