Usability Testing Results - Round 3 • Conducted a third round of usability testing with user feedback group Feedback summary for third iteration: What improved about the application since Round 2?

Header on the page and map look great; flows better Search filter and categories has also improved; easy to use Sort by severity buttons works much better Including an explanation in the tour helped provide immediate understanding of how to use

Wish title of our app 'Total Briecall' was more obvious on main page Site introduction/overview text at the initial landing page was helpful, but could also be useful on the recall by state pages too Sharing across different social media platforms Recalls organized by date, most recent at the top Active map rather than the static graphic that users could scroll out from to select a different state rather than having to go through the menu Menu at the top, rather than folded under the current navigation (would remove the added step of clicking into the navigation menu to get to another page) Search on keywords in the description of the recall cards would be nice
