This $ will be split among all parents who drive to and/or from camp. Money Reserved for each boy to stop for lunch on the trip home from camp.

Additional Costs to Consider: T-Shirts - It is recommended that each Scout have 2 Troop T-Shirts to wear during summer camp. T-Shirts orders will be March/April of 2013. Trading Post - All campers will have a bit of free time to go to the Trading Post at camp to purchase an occasional soft drink, other treat, or camp souvenir. $20/30 to be collected at Summer Camp Shakeout. Merit Badge Fees - Some of the Merit Badges have supplies that are required to be purchased ranging from $5 to $15 which will also be collected at the Summer Camp Shakeout.
SUMMER CAMP TIMELINE MARCH 18 – Registration Form and FULL PAYMENT due. APRIL 1: Merit Badge Sign Up Forms DUE • These will be distributed in March, along with a schedule of merit badge options. • NOTE: Some merit badges have PREREQUISITES to earn the badge. • NOTE: Some merit badges have an additional cost for supplies. MAY 20: FORMS DUE • BSA Medical Forms A, B & C • Copies of Insurance Cards • Ingersoll COPE/Climbing Consent & Hold Harmless Forms (2 Forms) • Any payments not previously turned in *IMPORTANT* All Health Forms require the signature of your doctor along with parents and scouts. JUNE 24th / JULY 1st – Summer Camp Shakeout (Last 2 Troop Meetings) • Younger Scouts will bring packed bags to these meetings using the attached “Gear Check List.” • Older scouts will check each scout’s gear and make suggestions. • Spending money, Merit Badge Money, and Medications required during camp will be collected at this time. These items are kept in envelopes with Scout’s name and locked up to be distributed by the adult campers or camp staff as needed. July 7 – Depart for Camp • Meet at church early in the morning - time TBA. July 13 – Return from Camp - time TBA.
