TOASTING THE TOWN PRESENTS “NEW YORK HERITAGE SALON AND BOUNTY” JULY 9, 2015 -‐ TICKETS ON SALE NOW An Evening to Celebrate the Heritage of the New York Food & Specialty Cocktail Scene, Complete with Celebrity Chef and Master Mixologist Appearances, Signature Food and Drink Pairings, Live Music & Dancing, and a Silent Auction & Raffle with portions of proceeds going to local charities. New York, NY (May 19, 2015) – Kick off the summer in New York City while sipping and savoring your way through The New York Heritage Salon & Bounty all-‐star lineup. Once again, Toasting The Town, the authority on everything that celebrates the history of New York, announces a special event that is soon to be an annual favorite, New York Heritage Salon & Bounty, to take place Thursday, July 9 at Prince George Ballroom (15 East 27th St, New York, NY). Showcasing talent from both Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs, Barry Benepe, founder of New York Green Markets (www.grownyc.org), will be part of the evening’s festivities. Stephen Ritz, founder of The Green Bronx Machine, and Dale Degroff, AKA, King Cocktail & Father of the modern craft cocktail movement, will also join Toasting the Town on the night. In its first annual celebration, New York Heritage Salon & Bounty is enticing only the best restaurants, distilleries, breweries and purveyors to showcase for an evening filled with New York’s most food and drink centric crowd.
