Know thy basics By Ronin Well written and illustrated for understanding the basics of gung fu. Sometimes in class you may not pick up the subtle differences in foot position or receive conflicting advice on what the proper stance is. This book will help in sorting out the basics. The author also does a good job of referring the reader back to their instructor when a position is interpreted differently by various styles.
