Two Tier Bike Rack System This system is supplied by Larkin Engineering Ltd on an exclusive basis in Ireland. The system is wholly manufactured to specific material and finish guidelines as directed by us through a single external manufacturing company. It is Larkin Engineering who provide the client / buyer with a comprehensive warranty and back up spares service. As part of this service we install the system using our own installation crew. The entire system is manufactured inhouse by the one company and this includes the frame, top and bottom racks, nylon rollers, gas strut and associated items required to complete the product. Larkin Engineering are the sole provider of this product in Ireland (to date) and are market leaders in the manufacture and supply of Street Furniture items since 1987.

Operating & Maintenance Manual Operating Instructions To aid users unfamiliar with the rack, we will provide a vinyl poster to instruct user how to operate the two-tier bike system. Technical Specifications Product is fabricated and then hot dip galvanised to iso1461. Steel material used in fabrication is mild steel grade S235. Rubber protective strip to top tier channel. Handle to top tier rack in bright red creating a visual safety warning to deter people from walking into the rack.

Maintenance The cycle tracks should be periodically inspected to ensure they are a free from debris and top tier tracks inspected to ensure rollers are free from obstruction that would prevent correct movement. The pivot point on the gas strut, where it connects to the frame should be periodically lubricated (WD40 or similar) to ensure product longevity. The steel frame should be periodically washed down with soapy water. Inspections should be carried out on all fixings and tightened where appropriate.

Warranty 12 months warranty extends to gas strut and nylon rollers – (top tier). 5-year warranty on steel frame. This warranty does not cover any accidental or deliberate damage or any issue caused by improper use. Spares Spare parts may be purchased from Larkin Engineering; they include gas struts, nylon rollers, individual bike stands, assembly fixings and steel frames. Available Combinations Size
