It was not nearly as good as Leo Gorcey Jr By Amazon Customer It was ok. It was not nearly as good as Leo Gorcey Jr.'s book. This was written by a professional writer who was an outsider. It was more a collection of historical facts about his life and then half the book was just a collection of
summaries of his movies. That's fine, but I would have liked to see and hear a bit more about the man, ostensibly from his family and those who worked with him. Still, a nice book and there are some good photos. Hall's comedic and acting abilities deserve our attention. 5 of 6 people found the following review helpful. SACH LIGHT By Nick Santa Maria I actually got what I'd expected here. Not too detailed in the bio section (although I learned some stuff I didn't know), and the section where he points out Sach's funnier moments in the Bowery Boys films is kind of dull.
