Itinerary for UIL Region Marching Contest  9:30 am ▪  9:45 am  10:30 am ▪ ▪ ▪  11:00 am  11:45 pm ▪ ▪

arrive at band hall (eat before you show up) put on black shoes, black socks and hat, head to stadium warm-up & do a run-through practice on field/grid go back to band hall, load trucks & busses clean your shoes change into uniform pants with black shoes & socks carry uniform jacket on the bus, put hats under the bus depart for Odessa arrive at Odessa-Ratliff Stadium unload trucks & busses get Chick-fil-a sack lunch & head into the stadium to watch bands • 12:00 pm McCamey • 12:15 pm Alpine • 12:30 pm Stanton • 12:45 pm Crane put on jacket & hat, get out instrument Warm-up and inspection in Warm-up Arc we only play when the white flag is up (no band on field) leave warm-up area for ready area, walking by tables at busses to get drink of water PERFORMANCE exit stadium, going straight up into the stands with instruments sit QUIETLY together You may take off your jacket & hat in the stands watch Pecos perform Announcement of 4A results go back to busses, put up instruments change out of uniforms, load trucks & busses depart for Andrews arrive in Andrews unload trucks & busses sit-down meeting go home
