Change in Employer Matching Contributions and Recordkeeper Changes

This notice is to inform you that the 403(b) Plan and the 401(k) Plan were amended as follows. Effective July 1, 2014, under both the 403(b) Plan and the 401(k) Plan, nondiscretionary Employer Matching Contributions will be made at the rate of 50% of the participant’s Elective Contributions on a per payroll basis, up to a maximum of 2.5% of the participant’s Compensation, subject to the applicable legal limitations. These contributions are 100% vested at all times, and are not designed to meet a safe harbor from annual nondiscrimination testing. The Summary Plan Description for the 403(b) Plan is hereby revised to reflect the fact that Brown & Brown, Inc., the company listed as the “Plan Recordkeeper and Custodian of Custodial Account Assets” changed names and locations, effective November 11, 2013. They continue to partner with Nationwide to provide the same investment platform as in the past, and they continue to handle the processing for participant loans, distributions, investment management, and related activities.
