*Rent is agreed upon at USD 1000 per month for five years, with 10% increase after the first year. The market value of the venue is $7,000/month. The owner of the venue is giving us at a highly subsidized rate of $1,000/month. The venue is the third floor of Shwe Gon Plaza, a prime location ideally situated for high visibility and recognition.
