INTERNATIONAL YOUTH FELLOWSHIP (IYF) 2017 REGISTRATION FORM

DATE & VENUE: • Fellowship: June 1-5, Irvine Church, California, USA • SoCal Visitation & Tour: June 5-7 • NorCal Visitation & Tour: June 8-11 (returning to SoCal on June 12) • Participants are to fly into LAX by noon on June 1 and to depart from SFO after June 11 or from LAX after June 12.

THEME: • “100 Years — A Heritage of Spirituality & Grace” ELIGIBILITY: • True Jesus Church youths aged 18-40 ALLOCATED REGISTRANTS: • 50 US youths • 70 international youths REGISTRATION PERIOD: • October 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 • On first-come, first-served basis FEES: • Participants are responsible for their own flight expenses and the related expenses of the trip. May the resident churches of the participants kindly subsidize the expenses for their participants as necessary. • Registration Fee: • Fellowship: no cost • SoCal Visitation & Tour: US$200 • SoCal & NorCal Visitation & Tour: US$500 • The registration fee covers lodging, transportation, food, tours, t-shirt and other materials. It should be submitted to the respective GA, CB, or IAdirected church of the participant at the time of registration, and it shall be handed by the participant lead of each of the GA, CB, or IA-directed church to USGA. This fee is non-refundable. • The fee does not cover all of the event costs. Please prepare additional money if you would like to make freewill offering. Thank you for your interest in attending the IYF 2017. Please submit your application and registration fee to your local church council by March 31, 2017.
