BUKU PETUNJUK PENGGUNAAN (USER MANUAL) SISTEM INFORMASI TUGAS AKHIR (SITA) FAKULTAS TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI UNIVERSITAS KRISTEN SATYA WACANA

Mahasiswa 1.1. Pendaftaran Akun Masukkan NIM anda lalu klik Tombol Daftar.

Setelah itu akan muncul tampilan konfirmasi kalau anda sudah mendaftar. Silahkan buka email student anda dan lihat email yang masuk.

Setelah anda membuka email tsb, klik DISINI dan anda akan dilemparkan ke link konfirmasi pendaftaran anda.

Setelah link yang anda buka tadi terbuka, anda akan diminta memasukkan password yang berguna sebagai akses login anda kedalam sistem. Setelah anda masukkan passwordnya, klik tombol simpan.

Jika sudah selesai, silahkan login dengan menggunakan NIM anda, serta Password yang sudah anda buat tadi.

Anda sudah dapat login ke dalam SITA dan siap melakukan proses Tugas Akhir.

1.2. Pendaftaran Tugas Akhir Untuk Petunjuk Detail dapat juga dilihat pada menu Petunjuk. *Jangan lupa untuk melihat persyaratan mendaftar tugas akhir.

Klik Pendaftaran Tugas Akhir, lalu lengkapi semua kolom yang tersedia dan Klik DAFTAR.

*Untuk melihat dokumen apa yang diperlukan, bisa dilihat dengan Klik Dokumen Tugas Akhir (PDF/Ms. Word) **Bagi pendaftar dari angkatan 2014, 2013, dst, serta mhs yang readmisi dan sedang/sudah mengambil Tugas Akhir dan akan lanjut semester besok (GANJIL 2017/2018). Peminatan diisi Konsentrasi. Judul Tugas Akhir diisi Judul Terakhir/Fix. Usulan Pembimbing 1 diisi Pembimbing. Usulan Pembimbing 2 diisi Reviewer.

Setelah anda KLIK DAFTAR, mohon menunggu sistem untuk memprosesnya.

Setelah menunggu, akan muncul notifikasi seperti dibawah. Silahkan menunggu Bagian TA untuk mengkonfirmasi pendaftaran anda.

Setelah Bagian TA mengkonfirmasi pendaftaran anda, silahkan menunggu Kaprogdi melakukan rapat dan menginputkan pembimbing dan reviewernya.

Dan anda sudah diterima dalam mengambil Tugas Akhir.

1.3. Pendaftaran Review Untuk Petunjuk Detail dapat juga dilihat pada menu Petunjuk.

Klik Pendaftaran Review lalu masukkan Jurnal Akhir yang sudah FIX, lalu masukkan Scan Transkrip Nilai yang sudah di TTD oleh KAPROGDI, setelah itu Klik DAFTAR REVIEW. *untuk Progdi D3 TI dan D3 KA, form pendaftaran review menjadi pendaftaran ujian dan untuk formatnya sistem akan menyesuaikan. *untuk Progdi DKV, DESPAR, dan PR, akan ada tambahan field untuk memilih cara review, seperti jurnal, pameran, publikasi, dsb.

Setelah anda KLIK DAFTAR REVIEW, mohon menunggu sistem untuk memprosesnya.

Setelah melakukan pendaftaran, silahkan Download FORM pendaftaran review, lalu diprint, diisi yang perlu diisi, dilengkapi persyaratan yang perlu dilengkapi lalu dikumpulkan ke Kantor TA.

*formulir menyesuaikan untuk setiap progdi.

Setelah mengumpulkan berkas-berkas (Lengkap dan valid), Bagian TA akan menerima pendaftaran Review anda, sehingga Reviewer anda sudah bisa mereview tugas akhir anda.

Jika Reviewer sudah selesai, maka akan ada notifikasi lewat email.

Lalu lakukan proses revisi dan konsultasi dengan pembimbing anda. Jika sudah selesai, nilai anda akan diinputkan lalu minta pembimbing anda untuk membukakan pendaftaran yudisium anda.

1.4. Pendaftaran Yudisium Untuk Petunjuk Detail dapat juga dilihat pada menu Petunjuk.

Klik Pendaftaran Yudisium, lalu Klik DAFTAR YUDISIUM.

Setelah itu, silahkan Download, lalu Print, dan serahkan ke Kantor TA.

Jika Bagian TA sudah mengkonfirmasi berkas, dan persyaratan anda. Maka pendaftaran yudisium anda sudah diterima.

1.5. Informasi Bimbingan Menu Informasi Bimbingan yaitu untuk menulis kegiatan / masukan dari bimbingan yang anda lakukan dengan pembimbing anda.

1.6. Informasi Nilai Menu Informasi Nilai yaitu untuk melihat Nilai Tugas Akhir anda. *gambar dibawah contoh jika nilai anda belum diinput oleh pembimbing anda.

1.7. Ganti Password & NoHP Pada pojok kanan atas Klik Nama Anda dan akan muncul menu Edit Profil.

Pada menu ini andaa dapat mengubah password dan nomor handphone
