Essential: MBBS or equivalent degree from institution recognized by Medical council of India. Must have completed compulsory rotation internship. 2 years experience in any public health programme. Essential: MBA (Finance) or equivalent with minimum of 5 years experience in NHM framework in position of similar responsibility. Desirable: 1) 5–7 years of experience in finance sector, with atleast 2 years of progressive experience in managing finance disbursal, budgeting and costing in Govt. Sector. 2) Knowledge of financial management and control system in projects and financial MIS systems. Knowledge of GOI accounting norms and PFMS.
