WORKING STAGE DESCRIPTIONS

19.2

After start-up, the control light will be illuminated. Ignition plug start, the blower running at low speed. After closing the heater, the control lights off, the fuel delivery function stopping. The fan cooling-running will cool down in some minutes. During the cleaning, the blower cooling operation is about 40 seconds to start the ignition plug. 4.2

Heating Operation: About 100 seconds the heater will delivery the fuel, after the fuel mixed with air then ignite it. When the combined sensor (flame sensor) to identify the flame and shut the ignition in one minute . Wait for two minute the heater will achieve "super" (fuel volume and fan speed to achieve maximum) grade. In the heater operation will continue to measure the indoor temperature and the inhalation of the combustion air temperature. If the temperature is higher than the setup temperature , it will start to regulate. There are four adjustment levels, so you can fine-adjust according to heat demand to the supply of heater. At this point, fan speed and fuel quantity and the adjustment of the level to be matched. If the adjusted value even at the lowest level when the temperature still exceeds the temperature, then the heater in the "off" this level, the fan will be cool down in coolling run 4 minutes. Blowers will at minimum speed to continue running in the next restart (cycle operating mode) or off (fresh air operation mode). Controls and Safety Describe: If the heater deliver the fuel but there is no fire, it will repeat the boot process. If the heater ignite again in 90 seconds, this means the heater will go wrong and shut off. If the flames automatically crush off during operation, please re-start again. After short-term shutdown and restarting can eliminate the phenomenon of fault. Short-term shut- down and restart no more than twice. If overheating, the combined sensor (flame sensor / thermal sensor) to respond to fuel supply interruption, failure shutdown. Eliminate the overheating, you can shutdown and restart again to start heater. If try many times and more than allowed number and can not start again, the controller will be locked.
