A model for Living the Eucharistic Day: Start the day with the Morning Offering Prayer, the Our Father, Three Hail Mary, and Glory be to the Father. The summit of the Eucharistic Day is attending the Holy Mass and receiving Holy Communion. When unable to attend Mass and receive Communion sacramentally, one receives Communion Spiritually. Fill the day with sacrifices and apostolic works. End the day with the Examination of Conscience, Act of Contrition, the Our Father, Three Hail Mary, Glory be to the Father, and the Night Offering Prayer.

EUCHARISTIC ADORATION Prayer Intentions: Vocations and VEYM I. OPENING REMARKS Leader: Please stand. All: In the Name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Leader: Please close your eyes and ask the Holy Spirit and Our Lady to help you to forget all of your worries so that you can think of Jesus at this moment. II. EXPOSITION The celebrant exposes the Blessed Sacrament. The celebrant then kneels before the altar and incenses the Blessed Sacrament. Opening Hymn:

Celebrant: Lord Jesus Christ, open our eyes to the wonder of your presence in the Eucharist, the great sacrament of your love. Help us also to recognize your presence in Creation and in everyone we meet. We ask through Christ our Lord. III. ADORATION Leader: Please stand. Celebrant: A reading from the Holy Gospel according to Mark (Mark 14:12-16 & 14:22-26) On the first day of unleavened bread, when they sacrificed the Passover, his disciples asked him, "Where do you want us to go and prepare that you may eat the Passover?" He sent two of his disciples, and said to them, "Go into the city, and there you will meet a man carrying a pitcher of water. Follow him, and wherever he enters in, tell the master of the house, 'The Teacher says, "Where is the guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?"' He will himself show you a large upper room furnished and ready. Get ready for us there." His disciples went out, and came into the city, and found things as he had said to them, and they prepared the Passover. As they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had blessed, he broke it, and gave to them, and said, "Take, eat. This is my body." He took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave to them. They all drank of it. He said to them, "This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many. Act of Spiritual Communion All:
My God, I am sorry for my sins with all my heart. In choosing to do wrong and failing to do good, I have sinned against you whom I should love above all things. I firmly intend, with your help, to do penance, to sin no more, and to avoid whatever leads me to sin. Our Savior Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. In His name, my God, have mercy. Amen.

Celebrant: Now let us offer together the prayer our Lord Jesus Christ taught us. All: Our Father . . .

IV. BENEDICTION At the conclusion of the Lord’s Prayer, the Celebrant goes to the altar, genuflects, and then kneels. As he kneels, Tantum ergo or another suitable Eucharistic song is sung and he incenses the Blessed Sacrament.
Celebrant: You have given them bread from heaven. All: Having all sweetness within it. 9
Celebrant: Let us pray. Lord Jesus Christ, you gave us the Eucharist as the memorial of your suffering and death. May our worship of this sacrament of your body and blood help us to experience the salvation you won for us and the peace of the kingdom, where you live with the Father and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen. After the prayer, the Celebrant puts on the humeral veil, genuflects, and takes the monstrance. He makes the sign of the cross with the monstrance over those gathered, in silence.
Reposition After the blessing the Blessed Sacrament is removed from the monstrance and brought to the place of reservation. Meanwhile, the Celebrant may lead those assembled in the Divine Praises. Each acclamation is repeated by all together.
Blessed be God Blessed be his holy name. Blessed be Jesus Christ, true God and true man. Blessed be the name of Jesus. Blessed be his most Sacred Heart. Blessed be his most Precious Blood. Blessed be Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament of the altar. Blessed by the Holy Spirit, the Paraclete. Blessed be the great mother of God, Mary most holy. Blessed be her holy and Immaculate Conception.
