A first reading for Resolution 450, A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF THE VILLAGE OF VAN BUREN TO PREPARE AND SUBMIT AN APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE OHIO PUBLIC WORKS COMMISSIONS STAE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT AND/OR LOCAL TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM AND TO EXECUTE CONTRACTS AS REQUIRED, WAS HEARD. Natalie Walters moved to suspend all rules and adopt Resolution 450 as an emergency, with a second from Dave Sheeks. All votes yea, motion carried. Dave Sheeks moved to adopt Resolution 450, with a second from Brent Schroeder. All votes yea, motion carried. A first reading for Resolution 451, A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FOUR WAY STOP AT THE INTERSECTION OF LOCUST STREET AND THE FIRST ALLEY WEST OF SOUTH STREET IN THE VILLAGE OF VAN BUREN, OHIO AND AUTHORIZING THE EXPENDATURE OF FUNDS TO ERRECT THE SIGNAGE, was heard. Natalie Walters moved to suspend all rules, with a second from Keith Brenneman, and pass as an emergency. Dave Sheeks moved to adopt Resolution 451, with a second from Brent Schroeder, all votes yea, motion carried. A first reading for Resolution 452, A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS AND RATES AS DETERMINED BY THE BUDGET COMMISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE NECESSARY LEVIES SND CERTIFYING THEM TO THE COUNTY AUDITOR, was heard. Kelsey Heitkamp moved to suspend all rules, with a second from Brent Schroeder, and pass resolution 452 as an emergency. Natalie Walters moved to adopt Resolution 452, with a second from Dave Sheeks.
