Province Kicks in $99,200 For Oakley Village Square
The Province has announced that they have approved funding for Bracebridge's Oakley Village Square improved infrastructure project, with a $99,200 grant over 8 months to rehabilitate the facility with exterior and interior renovations. The announcement comes just one week after the Government of Canada announced a $100,000 Canada 150 grant for the Oakley Village Square rehabilitation project.

Vankoughnet Cup Update Even though Mother Nature did not cooperate, a great time was had by all. There were 10 teams participating, having turned in their skates for running shoes, as we turned the pickleball court into a ball hockey court for the day. “And later,” The Jagerbombers were the winners again this year. We wish to thank Mike Sturgeon and all the many volunteers (too many to list) for another wellorganized event. For more details, of the event go to: www.vankoughnet.net/vankoughnetcup
