Applications are invited from motivated and eligible candidates for the position of JUNIOR RESEARCH FELLOW (JRF)/Project Assistant (PA) in Science & Engineering Research Board (SERB), DST, India funded research project sanction order no. ECR/2016/001820 in the Department of Chemistry, VNIT, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Title of the project: Halogen-bonded supramolecules showing liquid crystalline properties

Duration of the project: 3 Years.

Qualification:

Candidates should have a minimum

of 60 percent marks (First class) in

M.Sc.

Chemistry.

Emoluments: Rs 25,000 p.m. for candidate with GATE Qualified (JRF). Candidate without GATE qualification will be appointed as PA with emolument as per nonns of SERB, DST, India.

Note: The post is purely temporary in nature and initial appointment will be for six months, extendable for next2.5 years based on performance. AII other terms and conditions as per SE&B and LNIT, Nagpur.
