We want our singing eagles to look great and feel proud as they sing for concerts here in our house as well as at outside performances. 5 out of 8 GOHS choirs have robes. _____ Robe Chairperson……………………………………1-2 needed Organize parent volunteers to assist with fitting students for robes; prepare robes in homerooms for each concert (2x per year) as well as end of year turn-in. May Show is a high light of the year for our students, school and community; always a crowd pleaser. There are MANY areas where parents may team with us to help make this a spectacular event!

HOUSE MANAGER We love our audience! We want them to be comfortable and feel attended to at all of our concerts. TICKETS We need happy choir parents to be that positive “first impression” at our concerts. SCHOLARSHIP COMMITTEE Annually, four scholarships are given to choir seniors to recognize them for outstanding achievement. Five scholarships are given to current students to encourage them to pursue musical enrichment activities. One of the main functions of the Vocal Patron’s Association is to raise funds to support the activities and students of the Choral Department.

COMMUNICATIONS With so many students in the choral program, it is vital that we stay connected. Parents and students alike need to be aware of opportunities, concert details, fundraisers and such. There are literally 1,000’s of GOHS choir alumni.
