WARNING ORDER Field Training Exercise: Operation Tower 862 RCACS is required to complete training and assessment as part of the mandatory support training to supplement the mandatory Cadet Training Program namely in the skills of orienteering, map and compass, and aircrew survival.

DETAILS LOCATION: Cadets will be dropped off and picked up at LHQ, 7097 Kilbourne Rd. Field training will be conducted at Camp BEL, 4926 Hamilton Rd, Dorchester ON DATE/TIME:

24-26 November 2017

17:00 (Friday) – 15:00 (Sunday)

ATTIRE: Cadets are to wear appropriate civilian clothing for the weather. Refer to Kit List for all items required. Cadet instructors may wear OD field training uniforms if they have them. No ranks are to be worn (Refer to the Squadron website for details on Orders of Dress) **As with all cadet functions, cadets shall have their Health Cards with them**

RATIONS: All meals and water will be provided. Cadets may bring a refillable water bottle to carry on their person throughout the day TIMINGS: All cadets are to arrive at LHQ NLT 1700rs for kit verification. We will be departing promptly at 1730hrs. We will be on site at the venue for the duration of the exercise. All cadets will be dismissed on Sunday 26 November 2017 at 1500hrs. DIRECTIONS: Each cadet is to ensure they have all items as per the Kit List. A kit verification will be conducted and failure to pack all items will result in you not being able to go on the event. If you require a sleeping bag, inform the Supply Officer as soon as possible. Cadets who are NOT instructors or staff cadets SHALL NOT bring any knives, multi-tools, or any cutting tools, lighters, matches, or any other fire starting tools. No Cadet is permitted to bring food, snacks, drinks, candy, or any munchies. All food will be provided.
