b) Create  and  Design  a  form  with  3  text  boxes  plus  proper  placeholder  on  it.  Use  light  blue  as  the   Border   of   the   textbox   and   blue   as   the   text   color.   Use   the   font   of   the   text   in   those   text   boxes   on   you  choice  with  at  least  4  alternates.  The  user  enters  the  value  in  first  text  box  and  it  should  be   numeric.  The  logical  relationship  of  the  value  of  the  other  fields  is  that  second  field  holds  the   square  root  of  the  first  field  and  the  third  field  holds  the  square  of  the  first  field.
