Definition Blockchain The blockchain is a database with large-scale replication of all transactions on the network. Unlike traditional databases, which by reason of the limitations of the technology and protection were created as a centralized data repositories, the blockchain is a decentralized database of transactions which are divided into blocks that contain information about recipients and senders, price, transaction terms and other details. A decentralized database is created from the association copies of the same database, placed in several different locations or nodes. Such distributed among the network members database allows you to increase the transparency and security of conducting transactions by the use of a cryptographic mechanism which compares the unique signature of the parties and general information about the transaction. In the database the transaction is considered confirmed, if the result of the calculation is the same for all nodes and added to the chain of previous transactions since the confirmation unit. The registry chains of blocks are duplicated on a distributed network and each copy is updated on the basis of data on new transactions. Transparency and openness are primarily due to the fact that all parties can access the same information (on decentralized sections of the network). Unlike traditional "closed" storage systems, whose work is often "hidden" behind firewalls, and is available only for a limited number of persons who have a certain tolerance for working with it. In turn, a high degree of protection in the blockroom is due to the use of encryption to confirm transactions by verifying the signatures of the parties making the transaction. This ensures that a "false" transaction can not be added to the block account unless it has been agreed by the parties involved. Complex mathematical calculations, called "hashing", are performed at each attempt to enter information into the block, affecting details of the transaction, information about the parties involved, as well as the result of previous transactions. The fact that the current state of the block is dependent on the previous transactions, ensures that it is impossible to transparently substitute past transactions. This follows from the fact that if the data on previous transactions are changed on one of the nodes, then this will affect the current hash amount, which does not coincide with the results obtained on the remaining nodes, and therefore the changed data will be discarded. Usertokens The Arbiz tokens are created on the basis of a smart contract and hosted in a decentralized environment for executing the smart contract Ethereum. Arbiz users' tokens are a liquid international unit of calculation and necessary for users to receive services provided by a decentralized network. To work with the platform and use various marketing tools (panel surveys, focus groups, testing advertising messages, etc.) in it, you need tokens. For this reason, developed and manufactured products that may contain unnecessary features, and sometimes even dangerous ones. The stale goods are dumped on junkyard and, at best, are recycled. However, some resources - human, time, energy and natural – were spent on production of these products. It is difficult to small companies and interesting startups to break through the information noise and to receive objective assessment of an idea or a product. Because of it, it is almost impossible to provide the due level of sale. Often very good ideas vanish only because they haven't received objective feedback at a stage of creation. The results of the most marketing agencies researches claim that the specific weight of marketing costs in structure of product prime cost in the developed countries is about 25% for traditional goods, and to 70% - for new production. In the developing countries the share of marketing costs makes from 1 to 10%. At the same time the big share of the budget is spent for the advertizing in any its manifestations. The accuracy of target audience at best is 40% (other 60% don’t need the goods/service at present). The chain of events is built as follows: a long market research (upon termination of which the market has already changed, in comparison with the moment of the beginning of its carrying out) – the development of "unnecessary" goods and its production start-up – the start of the advertizing using media which are unclear to the consumer – weak getting into target audience because of the incorrect promotion channel choice– the growth of marketing costs – the growth of prime cost – the decrease in profit. The large business which is able to allocate a part of the budget for market researches tries to predict demand for a product to satisfy it. Unfortunately, these researches are created, carried out and interpreted only by small group of marketing specialists in staff of the company, at best for such purposes the consulting firm will be involved which results of work won`t be much better. Medium, small and micro business is guided by news, trends and Internet sources. At best the opinions of buyers from the own client base are taken into account at the decision-making.

Speed of market researches reduces the value of their results in the fast-growing markets. There are a lot of reasons for that: scientific and technical progress, competition development, society preferences change and even change of season can influence on change of the audience preferences. The society loses an opportunity to provide its relevant requirements. There is a huge variety of goods on shelves, the majority of which creates only false requirement. As a result – both the producer’s and the separately taken consumer’s money is wasted. Over and over again this result reduces quality of life. Our project consists in creation and development of the Arbiz marketing platform based on technology of a blockchain and big-data which will be created for the solution of the main problem of the market – to provide expeditious definition of the society requirements and the production of the goods corresponding to its requirements. ________________________________________________________________________________ The philosophy of the project is in erasing of barriers between Companies and Users, having changed the concept from BusinessToConsumer (B2C) to BusinessWithConsumer(BWC). ________________________________________________________________________________ It will give to the society an opportunity: - to pull together society and the companies for improvement of the needs satisfaction level. The main destination of the created Platform at the initial stage consists in providing of opportunity to carry out market researches by means of questioning, focus groups, etc, and to receive necessary result most precisely and as fast as possible by means of the collected information arrays analysis. 2. Summary Polls services, such as SurveyMonkey, "Anketolog" and the similar projects are limited to the speed, mobility and low liquidity of the payment tool. At the same time, standard marketing tools are too sluggish and need increase in efficiency by means of modern technologies. With the advent of the Arbiz platform as symbiosis of the blockchain and big-data technologies, process of researching will become cheaper, simpler, faster and more transparent. The basic principle of the Platform work is collecting and processing of the big information arrays (big-data) received as a result of the market researches initiated by users. The Arbiz platform is the first multipurpose decentralized application allowing to accelerate process of marketing decisions adoption by carrying out different types of market researches in the decentralized environment. Attention to details and the broad functionality including modules MarketResearch, MarketPlace, MarketingActivity, Communication, Analytics, etc. will allow users of the platform to participate in the carried-out marketing activities with benefit for themselves and if necessary to collect and analyse data online quickly. The Arbiz platform is a community of the people seeking to change the world to the best through creation of the products really necessary and useful to everyone. For example, the company plans to release a new product. On the Arbiz platform it conducts survey of target audience online, previously having selected participants of poll by the corresponding criteria specified by them in a profile at registration and also on the basis of the previous polls. Besides, answers of this person to all questions in which he participated earlier are available. Results of the conducted poll/survey/testing/research, as well as profiles of participants can be studied in the Analytics module. To hold testing of videos the user needs to be registered on the Platform and to have necessary quantity of the Arbiz tokens on the account. The buyer of the goods is the one who first places the order by pressing a button that stops the price change on the page with the reduction.
