WinBoost is a platform that is purposely designed to manage the automatic picking store by making the best of the equipment potential and performance. Despite being a complex software application, WinBoost has been studied to provide a particularly simple and intuitive interaction and thus guide the operator through the picking actions in a very simple manner. The WinBoost package based on a stand-alone Windows architecture is organized in modules that can be configured to suit all customer’s needs. Basic package supply: • Prearrangement to communication with Customer’s Host • Reference information database management • manual product loading • manual product picking • user configuration • store map configuration In the event of specific requirements, the platform can be implemented with customized functions (e.g. Client/Server architecture).

The automatic storage of special pallets, containers and load units has found in the Autostore units the best solutions to all requirements for storage quantities, featuring the utmost reliability. The shelving and the self-supporting racks, along with the handling circuits , are set up to form efficient systems for all sectors. WinStore is the software application that controls and manages all of the functions with a relevant interfacing and expansion potential.
Many of the existing automation and automatic storage systems need reconditioning actions to raise the reliability level, efficiency and safety. Automha with its own technical service brings systems back to their best working conditions by making good use of the new electronic technologiesand the control software. The routine maintenance contract is Automha ’s guarantee to all its customers.
All productive and logistic processes need to automatically move boxes, pallets and containers. Automha, owing to its longdated experience, produces and installs internal conveyance systems and packaging lines with belt, chain and roller conveyors. Fast automatic shuttles running on rails, automatic elevators, positioning turntables and orthogonal travelling lifts equipped with electrical systems and control software are also part of Automha’s production range.
To maximize productive or packing operations, companies need to supplement the work stages with programmable automatic handling actions. Automha sets up palletization and production support systems with anthropomorphic robots, bridge handlers and special machines featuring a dedicated design. Each requirement for automation is analyzed by the technical department to find the most effective and final solution.

BOOSTER RAPIDO
The BOOSTER and RAPIDO stores provide thorough dimensional flexibility in the development of the system as well as and in the characteristics of the stored Load Units. Automha has solved the problem of product picking wherever high flows are required along with a simple and fully computerized handling. Components engineering, reliability and acceleration rates of the stacker cranes of the miniload series, along with the modularity of the bracket shelving and the interface software make these systems the most efficient and productive in the automatic-picking handling and storing industry. The whole system structure is protected by a sound-deadening panelling with entrance door for maintenance purpose.
PICKING FEATURES
• Carbon-steel column, purposely structured to guide the vertical-hoisting carriage • Innovative lifting performed by means of an inextensible belt • Movement on wheels made from synthetic material. The Booster store has one motor-driven unit only, whereas the Rapido store uses two independent units equipped with motors that are electrically synchronized on the torque control. • The positioning on the lifting and the outward movement of the picking forks
are controlled by an encoder, the movement is controlled by a distancemeasuring system with absolute and non-incremental signals. • Information and data are sent to the equipment via an infrared system • Power feed and emergency management by means of brushes and power bus bars. • Compact-size in-built control board, equipped with a PLC and a communication and control unit. • Modular storage shelving with brackets for Load Unit
