WIREMANN INDUSTRIES COMPANY PROFILE COMPANY ESTABLISHMENT AND VISION: Established in the year 2009, founded by Mr. Anand Kumar Ostwal, CMD, with other Directors namely Mr. Arveen Kumar Ostwal, Mr. Anand Surana, Mr. Gautham Chand Surana, with a vision to ESTABLISH AND REMAIN A RESPECTED QUALITY CABLE MANUFACTURING COMPANY IN INDIA, PROVIDING CABLES FOR A VARIETY OF APPLICATIONS TO VARIOUS SEGMENTS, with two decades of Electrical Trade experience, the promoters are well versed in the product and have rendered their whole time dedicating themselves into every aspects of manufacturing and have achieved positive results required for quality product.

INFRASTRUCTURE: Wiremann Industries Pvt Ltd., an ISO 9001-2008 certified Company headquartered in Bangalore spread over 5.5 acres and located at KIADB Industrial Area – Malur Kolar District with three manufacturing entities, accessible within 60 Kms from Bangalore, with state of art manufacturing facility, possesses advanced technology machineries from German and from within India, the machines are well equipped with latest technology and are run through PLC which provides precision finish for the product.

QUALITY- LAB AND PROCESS: Our in-house Lab consists of latest testing equipments. Manufacturing Group consists of three entities namely, Insulon Polymers (India) Pvt Ltd., where PVC is processed and shaped for required granules and is used for sheathing, raw materials for the product is bought from reputed manufacturers like Finolex, & Reliance. We also have regular business with relevant Industries for their requirement of PVC Granules, and supply according to the requirements. Raw materials are subjected to stringent quality tests at our in-house Lab by our QC Engineers and are passed for further process; entire materials are rejected and considered as scrap if they do not meet required standards. At Kopperplant Electric India Pvt Ltd, Copper is processed through advanced technology Niehoff machines from Germany which are known for precision quality wire drawing, drawn Copper is annealed on line to attain smoothness for more flexibility and longer life, and is bunched with same branded machine at 5300 rpm, and at this entity we also have business with relevant premium Industries opting quality. At Wiremann Industries Pvt Ltd., we bring together PVC granules from Insulon and Copper from Kopper Plant for insulation which is done through Supermac Extruder machines, one of the reputed branded machines for sheathing, these machines are again PLC controlled and are monitored by trained operators, sheathed copper wires are drawn through troughs and are cooled during the process through self processed mineral water then on to the drums for further process of packing. -2exact required length, while the process, the wire is run through Spark Test where the entire length at the drum is checked for any kind of porous in the sheathing or for any kind of damages likely to affect the performance of the cable. Our Manufacturing Facility is equipped to deliver 2400 Coils per day and is made to meet future requirements to manufacture Control Cables, Instrumentation Cables, Armoured Aluminium & Copper Cables, Solar Cables, Shielded Cables, Thermo Couple Cables, Fire Survival Cables etc., and any other special cables as required with MOQ.
