WUOA Special Board Meeting Via Conference Call Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2011 4:00 PM Present: Board Members Tina Butcher Laurie Pate

Charles Snell has submitted his resignation to the Board because he sold his unit and is no longer eligible to serve. It was decided via email that Laurie Pate would serve as Interim President until the Board has a full membership and can vote on a replacement for President. Laurie Pate, Interim-President, called the meeting to order at 4:08 PM, and a quorum was established. Replacement of Vacancy on Board After a discussion about possible candidates to replace Charles Snell, who has resigned, the field was narrowed down. A vote will be taken via email in the next few days. A new president will be voted on at the next regular meeting, when there is a full Board. End-of-Year Reports The Board decided to take three more days to review the reports and send any questions they may have to the Managing Agent.
