Ms. No:297, Fin.(PC.I) Deptt., dt.14.11.2012 * * * ORDER: In pursuance of to the orders issued in the references 2nd and 3rd read above, the Commissioner & Director of School Education, A.P, Hyderabad hereby accords sanction for release of an amount of Rs.28,52,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Eight crores and Fifty Two lakhs only) as shown in the Annexure to certain District Educational Officers towards payment of salaries, DA arrears sanctioned in the G.O.s 4th & 5th cited and surrender leave for the financial year 2012-13 to the staff working in Aided Secondary Schools and retirement benefits to the staff retired during the current financial year from 4th quarter of 2012-13. The Pay & Accounts Officer, Hyderabad and the District Treasury Officers concerned are requested to admit the claims preferred by the District Educational Officers concerned to the extent of Budget now released on receipt of authorization issued by the Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Hyderabad. The above expenditure shall be debited to the following Head of Account : 2202 - General Education 02 - Secondary Education MH. 110 - Asst. to Non-Govt. Secondary Schools SH(04) - Asst. to Private Aided Institutions 310 - Grants-in-Aid 311 - Grants-in-Aid towards Salaries ( Non-Plan ) All the District Educational Officers are requested to mark a copy of the proceedings issued by them to this office regularly, so as to asses the future requirement of funds.
