Homework is to be completed to a high standard. Sheets must be glued in straight and handwriting is to be neat at all times. Choose a quiet place to work where you will be able to do your best. Your homework book needs to be returned to school by Friday and/or when tasks are given a specific due date. Diaries must be brought to school daily and show excellent organisation and planning.

❒ Leadership Write about your strengths and areas for growth when it comes to you and your leadership. You may like to write about Peer Support.

❒ Bushfires Research some facts about the topic you are studying in HSIE’s Bushfires.

❒ Maths Tables Write down your times tables. Time yourself!

❒ Music: Practice the songs you have been learning in Music class. Write about it in your homework book.

❒ Typing Go to http:// www.typingtest.com and practice improving your typing speed. Try not to look at your fingers whilst you type! Record in homework book.

❒ Plan a Meal Record in your homework book what you helped to plan and how it went.

❒ Spelling What are some common spelling mistakes you make? Practice writing words that are you know you really need to get ‘down pat’.

❒ Maths Time yourself on your times tables. Which times table are you fastest at? Which one needs more practice?

❒ Song Writing Make a song about something you have recently learnt or experienced. Record it in your homework book or on video.

❒ Journal ‘My favourite thing to do in my spare time…’
