You Are Cordially Invited to an Open House for Urban PavingSummit, 3rd and 4th Streets March 4, 2015 5 p.m.– 7 p.m. North Side Pride Center 248 E. 11th Avenue Project Description This following streets will be resurfaced: • Third and Fourth streets between Fulton Street and I-670 • Summit and Fourth streets between I-670 and Hudson Street • Hudson Street between Fourth Street and Indianola Avenue This project also includes: • Installation of a protected bike lane on Summit Street between 11th Avenue and Hudson Street (columbus.gov/protectedbikelanes) • Relocation, removal and addition of some parking meters on Fourth and Third Streets • Relocation, removal and addition of some parking spaces on Fourth and Summit Streets • Installation of queue box pavement markings (columbus.gov/queuebox) • Restriping to provide bike lanes • Installation of bus bulbs (columbus.gov/protectedbikelanes)
Schedule: • Design began in spring 2014 and is scheduled for completion in spring 2015 • Construction is tentatively scheduled to start in summer 2015 Representatives from the Department of Public Service will be onhand to answer questions and show plans in an open house format; no formal presentation will be given.
