Grade 2
A front cover. Recipes from one country; which includes a list of ingredients and a method to create the dish selected.
Grade 3
A front cover – with a clear title to explain the contents of the recipe book. Recipes from more than one country; which includes a list of ingredients; equipment required and a method of working. Amount of servings. An image of the dish to attract customers to the recipe.
Grade 4
A front cover which explains the contents of the recipe book. Different sections within the book which will include: A range of recipes from a variety of different countries from around the world; Each recipe needs to include; how many people the dish serves; a list of ingredients, equipment and a method of working. An image of the dish to attract customers to the recipe. Each section will include information about specialist ingredients (e.g soy sauce), specialist equipment (e.g wok) and common methods of cooking (e.g stir frying)within that country.
Grade 5
As above: but with an outstanding level of care and attention to the quality of the presentation of the book and the creativity applied to the layout to each page / section.
